Remembrances

“Chris was the oldest child of Harold and Loretta Cordell. He arrived in Guyana 5/29/77 and lived in Cottage 24. Altogether they numbered sixteen, including grandchildren, and all but three died in Jonestown. Yet the Cordell families are a study in themselves, of the solid Pentecostal heart of Peoples Temple, with roots in the Quaker tradition. They were loved and loving, committed to the principles of brotherhood and service, and exemplary in their lives. ” - Kathryn Barbour
