1. Five hundred ninety-nine copies of Guyanese death certificates for Jonestown victims sent to Dept\/CA\/SCS, Attention Bruce Dozier, by unclassified pouch on December 30 via Pan American flight 228 ETA JFK 1815 hours same date. Registry number 3899140.<\/p>\n

2. Expect to pouch final group of Jonestown certificates Tuesday, January 2 or to hand deliver if official traveler can deliver them sooner.<\/p>\n

3. After discussion between charge and Minister of Foreign Affairs [Rashleigh] Jackson and Minister of Health, Labor and Housing [Hamilton] Green, Guyanese authorities have agreed to waive the US$.024 fee per certificate ordinarily required by Guyanese regulations.<\/p>\n
