[<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Carter<\/span>] advised they were contacted by their attorney [name deleted] [<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Jeremiah Gutman<\/span>] upon arrival New York City 12\/29\/78 and were instructed to decline all interviews. They were also contacted by FBI upon arrival New York City and they advised interviewing agents, on advice of council [counsel], who would not consent to interview. [<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Carter<\/span>] stated he and [<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">his brother<\/span>] continuing advice of council will not agree to any interviews including news media, FBI and others.
