Nedra Yates is only other PT member unaccounted for and resides in small village outside Georgetown. She appears at Georgetown about once a week and Ingram promises Yates will call Legatt on next visit and give her decision.<\/p>\n<p>PT members Larry Layton, Charles Beikman and Stephen [Stephan] Jones are in jail. Assistant Police Commissioner C. A.
