Hergen, Civil Division, advised that investigation by the Department in Panama revealed two Panamanian corporations, each of which was incorporated with 100 bearer shares involving 25 certificates. These corporations are identified as follows:<\/p>\n<p>1. Briget S.A. This Corporation was established by Tim Stoen in 1975 in Panama.<\/p>\n<p>2. Asociacion E.D. Internacional Entressa Caritativa S.A. This Corporation was established by 100 bearer shares on 25 certificates.
