Guyana ambassador indicated to AUSA, San Francisco, that he is requesting these witnesses to appear in Georgetown, date unknown, at the expense of the GOG.<\/p>\n<p>PAGE TWO SF 89-250 UNCLAS EFTO<\/p>\n<p>At the request of the AUSA, the following individuals&#8217; addresses and telephone numbers were furnished to the Guyana ambassador through the USA\u2019s office:<\/p>\n<p>Monica Bagby, c\/o Essie L. Clark (mother, 998 Divisadero, Apartment 301, San Francisco, California, USA, telephone number 415-467-5727.<\/p>\n<p>[Remaining four names, including those of <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Dale Parks, Richard Cordell<\/span>, and <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Odell Rhodes<\/span>, and contact information highly redacted, including under b3 exemption]<\/p>\n<p>Bureau relay above to State Department and US Embassy, Georgetown, Guyana.<\/p>\n<p>PAGE THREE SF 89-250 UNCLAS EFTO<\/p>\n<p>For information of Bureau, Detroit, and Seattle, Guyana ambassador has already contacted some of the above individuals. AUSA, San Francisco requests that above individuals we immediately contacted and advised of anticipated contact by Guyana ambassador.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, AUSA, San Francisco has requested that [2 names deleted] be re-interviewed. AUSA advised that a time of testimony, both were instructed to &#8220;collect their thoughts&#8221; concerning the incident at Jonestown and furnish to FBI on re-interview.<\/p>\n<p>Detroit is requested to immediately notify [<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Odell Rhodes<\/span>] of expected call from Guyana ambassador and make arrangements for reinterview.<\/p>\n<p>Seattle at Puyallup. Will make notification to [<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Richard Cordell<\/span>] and appointment for re- interview.<\/p>\n<p>San Francisco will make notifications to Bagby, [2 names deleted].<\/p>\n<p>\u201cArmed and dangerous.
