\nSpecimens: Duplicate copies of Newborn Identification form for Celeste Marie Vento bearing footprints<\/p>\n
The footprints appearing on the Newborn Identification form of Celeste Marie Vento lack sufficient ridge detail to be of value for identification purposes.<\/p>\n
Inasmuch as some ridge detail is present, it is suggested that the original Newborn Identification form be obtained and forwarded to the Latent Fingerprint Section for further evaluation.<\/p>\n
The specimens, as well as a letter from Congressman Michael O. Myers, addressed to your office, which was submitted, are enclosed.<\/p>\n
