FBIHQ will arrange for SA Hale\u2019s reception by the Government of Guyana through the U.S. State Department at Georgetown, Guyana. Legat Robert Oglesby, Caracas, Venezuela, will accompany SA Hale while in Guyana. You will be advised by FBIHQ when SA Hale\u2019s itinerary has been approved.
