I am enclosing all the information we have on the missing subject, for your information.<\/p>\n<p>In talking with the missing subject\u2019s father, it appears to me he possibly could have been involved in the Guyana incident as he appears to think like some of those people.<\/p>\n<p>In as much as he had a passport, perhaps there are fingerprints on file with your Department.
