Note: Maria S. Katsaris was one of several hundred victims of the incident at Jonestown, Guyana, at the People’s Temple facility in that country. Her father, Steven A. Katsaris, has previously consented to an autopsy of his daughter which was conducted at the request of the Department of Justice. He requested a copy of the results of the autopsy and the above services that request.<\/p>\n
