Two electronically processed copies of the speech information (left channel) from Q42 were made, each on one 7-inch reel of magnetic tape at recording speed of 3 3\/4 inches per second and a full-track configuration.<\/p>\n
An aural examination of the also submitted copy of Q42 revealed a quarter-track 2 channel recording. No copy of this item was made.<\/p>\n
No examination of the copy of the Laboratory Report was made. The copy of the Laboratory Report is being retained by the Technical Services Division.<\/p>\n
The also submitted a copy of Q42 was personally delivered to Special Agent [name deleted] on September 10, 1979 to be forwarded to the Governments of Guyana.<\/p>\n
Q42 and the processed copies were forwarded to San Francisco under separate cover via registered mail on September 10, 1979.<\/p>\n
