For information of Legat Bogota re teletype sets forth request from Assistant Attorney General that DA Donald R. Hale accompany AUSA D. Michael Nerney, Northern District of California to Guyana to assist at preliminary inquiry with respect to the prosecution of Larry Layton.<\/p>\n
SA Hale and AUSA Nerney will arrive Guyana October 28, 1979, via Pan-American, flight 427, at 10:35 PM. FBIHQ has been advised by Criminal Division, DOJ, that appropriate arrangements have been made with USDS [US Department of State] and GOG [Government of Guyana]. In addition, arrangements are also being coordinated with State and Justice <\/p>\n
