Gunshot wound received during the People&#8217;s Temple assault at Port Kaituma, Guyana on November 18, 1978, which resulted in the murder of Congressman Leo J. Ryan and others.<\/p>\n<p>Speier has furnished bullet on condition that it be returned expeditiously on completion of examination.<\/p>\n<p>Lab is requested to compare enclosed bullet with K4-K35 of referenced Lab Report in effort to determine origin.
