Eizenstat, has been referred to me for a response.<\/p>\n<p>Mr. [name deleted] wrote a similar letter to Senator Edward M. Kennedy on December 12, 1979. When Senator Kennedy brought a letter to the attention of the FBI, Director William H. Webster had it reviewed and advised the Senator of the results in a letter dated January 25, 1980. Since Director Webster&#8217;s letter containing all the information which you now seek, I am enclosing a copy for your information.
