For information.<\/p>\n<p><u>Details<\/u>: On 9\/17\/80, the American Embassy at Georgetown, Guyana, advised <span style=\"color: #008000;\">[2 paragraphs deleted]<\/span><\/p>\n<p>On 6\/5\/80, Special Agent [<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Donald R. Hale<\/span>], San Francisco Division, filed an authorized complaint in the Northern District of California at San Francisco charging Lawrence John Layton with violation of Title 18, United States Code (USC), Section 351 (A) (D), Congressional Assassination Statute. The complaint with supporting affidavit and warrant were placed under seal.<\/p>\n<p>[Page 2]<br \/>\nMemo Gilbert to Revell<br \/>\nRe: RYMUR<\/p>\n<p>On 9\/19\/80, Roger Cubbage, Departmental Attorney, General Litigation and Legal Advice Section, Criminal Division, Department of Justice (DOJ), WDC, advised that the DOJ is conferring with United States Attorney, Northern District of California, regarding the prosecution of Layton in the United States.
