CANA article in today&#8217;s &#8220;Express&#8221; states that High Court has prohibited Layton from leaving Guyana before the court determines a claim for G. dols  95 thousand brought against Layton by a local attorney. Article states this &#8220;order has virtually disrupted arrangements by the FBI to fly Layton back to the US\u2026 to stand trial for the Ryan murder.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>2.
