1. We now have four confirmed reservations in Embassy’s name for Friday, November 21, on BWIA flight 464 to Port of Spain, leaving Georgetown at 1445, and on BWIA 424 from Port of Spain to New York, departing 1645 and arriving New York at 2145. As was originally scheduled for November 14 departure, a change of aircraft will be necessary in Port of Spain, and assistance of TT [Trinidad-Tobago] officials is requested.<\/p>\n
2. We suggest marshals arrive Georgetown November 20, or, at the earliest, November 19. They should have with them return tickets or means of payment for themselves plus CIR or cash to pay for Layton’s ticket (Reftel C).<\/p>\n
3. Please advise names and arrival time for marshals so that we may meet and assist.<\/p>\n
