It is known to San Francisco Office that BQMRA Special Agent [name deleted] is both knowledgeable and familiar with Sukhdeo.<\/p>\n
Sukhdeo is Guyanese-born psychiatrist who has conducted numerous counseling sessions with many former People’s Temple members. He is also believed to have testified in behalf of Layton defense in Guyana. Sukhdeo iis Chief of Psychiatry, <\/p>\n

It is requested that BQMRA SA [name deleted], question Sukhdeo as follows:<\/p>\n
1) Did he testify in Guyana and, if so, a brief summary or conclusions drawn in his testimony.<\/p>\n
2) Has he ever interviewed or examined Layton and his conclusions.<\/p>\n
3) Does he possess a report of his assessment and would he make it available to USA.<\/p>\n
4) Has Sukhdeo been contacted by Layton’s US defense counsel to testify in Layton’s behalf, and does Sukhdeo anticipate doing so.<\/p>\n
US Attorney is also desirous of obtaining from Sukhdeo names of any other persons to whom Sukhdeo communicated his impressions of Larry Layton.<\/p>\n
