Hale&#8217;s travel to Martinique and Guyana for purpose of assisting the USA, NDC, entourage in the RYMUR investigation.<\/p>\n<p>By way of background, FBIHQ previously granted approval for SA Hale to travel with the USA, NDC, to Georgetown, Guyana, on 10\/18\/80 and 11\/9\/80.
