Repeated herein is a test [text] teletype received from our San Francisco office. San Francisco has requested that Amemb, Georgetown, include copy of responses to these matters to FBI, San Juan to facilitate expeditious transmittal. The following text includes several requests for contacts with GOG [Government of Guyana] in behalf of US Attorney and FBI. San Juan agents assigned liaison with Guyana are willing to handle these requests directly with GOG should you prefer.
