On 1\/23\/87, subject sentenced Count I \u2013 15 years; Count II \u2013 Life; Count III \u2013 15 years; and Count IV \u2013 15 years concurrent.<\/p>\n<p>On 2\/22\/88 the government&#8217;s final brief was filed in the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, San Francisco, California.<\/p>\n<p>On 2\/29\/88 United States Attorney, Joseph P.
