Consular Officer visited Beikman in Georgetown prison December 28, 1979. Meeting took place in the office of Prison Superintendent Byron Henry, who remained present throughout.<\/p>\n<p>2. Before Beikman was brought into the meeting, Conoff requested a private interview with Mr. Beikman, as well as access to Beikman&#8217;s cell and inspection of other detention facilities.
