The Chronicle newspaper carried a story on Wednesday, January 30, 1980, indicating that Mr. Beikman&#8217;s trial will begin on Tuesday, February 5, 1980.<\/p>\n<p>2. The case will be heard before High Court Justice Ivan Churaman.<\/p>\n<p>3.
