Consul and Vice Consul visited USC Charles Beikman in Georgetown prison February 1, 1980, and delivered a letter sent c\/o Embassy. Beikman acknowledged that he receives mail regularly. Meeting was first private one by Conoffs with Beikman since his imprisonment.<\/p>\n<p>2. Conoffs were conducted on prison inspection tour, as per request outlined Ref.
