Conoff visited USC Laurence &#8220;Larry&#8221; Layton in Georgetown prison August 13, 1980, and delivered personal letters sent c\/o Embassy. In response to Conoff\u2019s question, Layton stated that he continues to receive mail regularly, but complained that some letters have been lost in the postal system. He specifically dismissed any allegation that prison authorities were obstructing his mail deliveries.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #008000;\">[Paragraph two, 8 lines long, withheld under Exemption B-6]<\/span><\/p>\n<p>3. Layton asked Conoff about status of legal proceedings against him in Guyana.
