The Department has recently received reports that twelve deceased former Jonestown residents appear as voters on the current electoral lists for Region One of the North West District. These allegations reportedly are contained in an undated PPP circular of some sort which was mailed from Guyana to the US. The press here has got wind of the story and has begun to ask questions.<\/p>\n<p>3. Thomas<br \/>\nGabriel Thomas<br \/>\nCarol Thomas<br \/>\nSamuel Johnson<br \/>\nJohnny Brown<br \/>\nJerry Smith<br \/>\nShirley Smith<br \/>\nDavid Smith<br \/>\nJames Edwards<br \/>\nLucy Miller<\/p>\n<p>The PPP circular also gave the registration numbers for these purported voters. Can the Embassy verify the alleged PPP allegation?<\/p>\n<p>4.
