(b) that the loss of the firearm(s) or any ammunition shall be reported immediately to the police;<\/p>\n
(c) that the disposal of the firearm(s) or any ammunition by any means whatsoever shall be reported to the police; and<\/p>\n
(d) that any change of address of the holder shall be reported immediately to the police.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
