Most of had no affiliation with Peoples Temple other than through our relatives.<\/p>\n<p>It is the kind and quality of those contacts, in many cases stretching over a period of years, coupled with an emerging picture of the true nature of the &#8220;Jim Jones Cult&#8221; that has caused us to come together for our relatives welfare.<\/p>\n<p>We espouse no political or religious viewpoints. We are bewildered and frightened by circumstances apparently set up by the Rev.
