I am wondering if you can help us out by finding out from some of the following people over there [their] specific doctor information, etc.:<\/p>\n Bertha Cook<\/strong> \u2013 treated for arthritis in 1973.<\/p>\n Mary Ella Cook<\/strong> \u2013 glaucoma<\/p>\n Esther Dillard<\/strong> \u2013 full name and address of Dr. B. Colyean<\/p>\n Leola Morehead<\/strong> \u2013 treated for hole in heart, kidney trouble.<\/p>\n Viola Moton<\/strong> \u2013 dr who treated her in Pennsylvania for growth in throat.<\/p>\n Arvella Cole<\/strong> \u2013 dr who treated her for arthritis.<\/p>\n Tommie Keaton<\/strong> \u2013 full name and address of Dr. Ludlow who treated him for diabetes in 1975 and earlier.<\/p>\n Michelle Touchette<\/strong> \u2013 is it possible to get medical records from St. Joseph’s Mercy Hospital in Guyana where she had blood tests and was diagnosed as having leukemia? Later she was tested here and was normal.<\/p>\n Inez Conedy<\/strong> \u2013 who treated her in 1975 for eye problems?<\/p>\n Rita Tupper<\/strong> \u2013 who and where was the doctor who treated her for vertebrae, who treated her for kidney infection, and did she have it checked after she was healed?<\/p>\n Erma Winfrey<\/strong> \u2013 who treated her for stomach ulcers; she says Dr. Stout in 1967 \u2013 what is his address?<\/p>\n We also need signed medical releases on the following. I know some of these may have already signed 1 release but we need more than one.
