An UN<\/span><\/em>-Investigated Crime Scene<\/strong><\/p>\n

I want to reiterate up front, with no<\/span><\/strong> provisos or qualifications, that this was an UN<\/span><\/em><\/strong>-investigated crime scene.\u00a0 Even the airstrip survivors\u2019 accounts to the FBI were in an unsworn, third-person interview format, not party to any legal proceeding.<\/p>\n

However, it was also a FILMED<\/strong> crime scene.\u00a0 Filmed by Bob Brown, the brave, persistent cameraman from NBC who was killed on site.\u00a0 A film which is so damning to the official story, that it is possible to reconstruct who it wasn\u2019t<\/span><\/strong> (namely not<\/span><\/strong> \u201cTemple killers\u201d) with certainty from even from the first 5-6 seconds of the film that finally resurfaced decades later on.\u00a0 (See<\/em> \u201cThere Was No Bob Kice.\u201d<\/strong>)<\/p>\n

Understand also, that a mandate for ANY<\/strong> crime, much less the assassination of a Congressman(!), would be to show the filmed crime scene to the victims for positive i.d.\u2018s of the killers.\u00a0 The smallest small-town sheriff would know to do that.\u00a0 Then why not the FBI?<\/p>\n

No Viable Eyewitnesses<\/strong><\/p>\n

That was never done PERIOD<\/strong>.\u00a0 Instead, the FBI\u2019s so-called \u201ceyewitness report\u201d sports such rampant contradictions, that the FBI itself named NO ONE<\/strong> from Peoples Temple as the killer of the Congressman.\u00a0 Just twelve possible \u201ccandidates\u201d and no proven (or provable!) guilt for ANYONE<\/strong> on their list!\u00a0 (See<\/em> \u201cEyewitness Identifications?:\u00a0 The FBI Report Versus the On-Site NBC Film Footage.\u201d<\/strong>)<\/p>\n

Indeed, in reading through the 417-page FBI report, one cannot fail to note that the accounts were all different and with NO QUESTIONS ASKED.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Yes, the Temple defectors saw Temple men on the airstrip.\u00a0 They saw Temple men prior to the attack.\u00a0 They may have even seen them after.\u00a0 They had driven the Congressman\u2019s party to the airstrip, so where else would they be?!<\/p>\n

However, only ONE<\/strong> claimed to have seen Temple killers in the act of killing.\u00a0 (As in, \u201cI saw<\/em><\/strong> _____ shoot ______\u201d.)\u00a0 The rest were falling, fleeing, hiding under plane seats, or simply listed names with contradictory specifics (re accused assassins, time sequence, locations, vehicles) in a mix-and-match hodge-podge.<\/p>\n

The reporters did not know the Temple men at all; nor did any of them claim to see ANY<\/strong> Temple man in the act of killing!<\/p>\n

But one defector did identify Temple killers?\u00a0 Isn\u2019t one enough?\u00a0 \u201cThe government eyewitness,\u201d as the Congressional committee told me personally?<\/p>\n

Well, no.\u00a0 Not this<\/em><\/strong> one.\u00a0 The only eyewitness who claimed to have seen Temple men in the act of killing, would have had to (as we will demonstrate) see the killings THROUGH THE BODY OF A PLANE!!<\/strong><\/p>\n

Literally!\u00a0\u00a0 Provably!\u00a0\u00a0 \u201cThe Government Eyewitness\u201d had no line of vision!!<\/p>\n

So Whose Accounts Are We Looking At Now?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Now it has come down to this:\u00a0 No, not Laurie Efrein Kahalas against the world\u2019s judgment of what happened.\u00a0 Not at all.\u00a0 It\u2019s come down to the NBC film footage against the account of prime reporter on the scene, Pulitzer-prize-winning Tim Reiterman.<\/p>\n

The latter of whom, I would emphasize, did NOT<\/strong> intentionally mislead, nor have I ever said so.\u00a0 But yes, he was provably mistaken<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Nor is \u201cversus\u201d (\u201cTim Reiterman Versus NBC\u201d) meant to imply any adversarial relationship between Mr. Reiterman and NBC.\u00a0 It is their respective evidence<\/span><\/strong> that is irreconcilable.<\/p>\n

Just remember, it\u2019s NBC versus Reiterman.\u00a0 That\u2019s what this finally comes down to.<\/p>\n

The Process of Discovery<\/strong><\/p>\n

Nor did I start at this point myself back in 1978.\u00a0 Hardly!<\/p>\n

Oh, I knew from 1979 on that it wasn\u2019t \u201cTemple killers.\u201d\u00a0 When I saw the ENTIRETY of the NBC on-site assassination film footage on t.v. at the first anniversary in 1979.\u00a0 (For the record, prior to that viewing, I too believed the story about \u201cTemple killers.\u201d\u00a0 I had no reason to believe otherwise.\u00a0 It was the film and the film alone<\/strong> that changed my mind.)<\/p>\n

I saw the NBC film footage along with two others:<\/p>\n

One was an Army veteran (now deceased) who identified a squad diamond, the standard trained military formation that was used in the attack.\u00a0 (See<\/em> \u201dDURING:\u00a0 Tracking the Footwork,\u201c <\/strong>revealing the squad diamond.)\u00a0 The other was a fellow Temple survivor who peered at the screen and could recognize no one.\u00a0 (See<\/em> \u201cThere Was No Bob Kice,\u201d<\/strong> visually discounting all the main accuseds.)<\/p>\n

Good enough at the time for \u201cproof?\u201d\u00a0 Well, perhaps, could I have recorded it.\u00a0 But we did not even have VCR recording options yet, much less modern DVR\u2019s.<\/p>\n

But good enough to know?\u00a0 Yes.\u00a0 That it was a professional military hit was horrifyingly clear.\u00a0 There was no chance that ANY non-military group could have pulled this off.\u00a0 This was no chance that this attack was done ad hoc<\/em> or by untrained vigilantes.<\/p>\n

(Note:\u00a0 Both American and Guyanese authorities confirmed that there was NO<\/span><\/strong> arms cache in Jonestown — just 39 small weapons — barely enough to support hunting, much less to defend 1200 men, women and children.)<\/p>\n

Nor could I obtain the footage then.\u00a0 I was so harassed after I went to D.C. to demand that the Congressional committee blow up the film for correct i.d.\u2019s, that I was frozen in space.\u00a0 I was tailed, tapped, garbage-raided, phone-harassed, mail-blocked– they even harassed my mother<\/em><\/strong>.\u00a0 Apparently, \u201cthe real crime\u201d was not federal suppression of evidence, but rather a citizen\u2019s anguished inquiry.<\/p>\n

So I waited.\u00a0 I did later talk to Steven Reiner, a producer at CBS who did a special marking the tenth anniversary in 1988, which only showed a near-empty pre-departure airstrip.\u00a0 I went to see him in New York and he said that NBC said that that was all they had.<\/strong>\u00a0 That\u2019s what NBC had told CBS at the tenth anniversary.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

I continued to wait.\u00a0 Then I called NBC myself in 1998 at the 20th anniversary.\u00a0 They said that NBC had NONE of the assassination scene in their archives.\u00a0 That\u2019s what NBC claimed at the twentieth anniversary. <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Then came the retrospective publicity starting in 2005.\u00a0 In late 2006, I obtained a scarce (but highly revealing!) 5-6 seconds of the beginning of the assassination, followed upon by extra NBC footage generally not aired — considered less important, not of value.\u00a0 Yet in fact brimming with vital clues!<\/p>\n

By the time I published my book \u201cSnake Dance,\u201d however, at the 20th anniversary in 1998, I had already realized that a key discrepancy was THE VEHICLES.\u00a0 Because the final tape featured just \u201cthe truck\u201d — i.e. all that was ever conveyed to Jim Jones — that the attack had allegedly been launched from the Temple truck.\u00a0 Yet reporters\u2019 accounts said that a tractor-trailer<\/span><\/strong> had pulled past the truck to launch the attack.<\/p>\n

Thus the attack came from a different VEHICLE than what was believed at Jonestown.<\/p>\n

Yet that was still thin to go on.\u00a0 I did not even have film footage to back up that much.\u00a0 Not by 1998.\u00a0 Nor might that single discrepancy \u201ccut it\u201d for people.\u00a0 I mean the Temple did have both a truck and a tractor-trailer.\u00a0 Misidentification of a vehicle alone would not have necessarily ruled Peoples Temple out<\/span><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

,<\/p>\n

Moreover, I thought that the on-site assassination footage might never resurface.\u00a0 I feared that it had been confiscated.<\/p>\n

Thus was I amazed that any on-site proof from NBC did emerge at a later date.<\/p>\n

Then the proofs in earnest could finally begin. . . . .<\/p>\n

Not Just a Different<\/span><\/em> Vehicle, But An Additional<\/span><\/em> Vehicle on the Airfield<\/strong><\/p>\n

First noted was that it was not an additional Temple<\/em><\/strong> vehicle that had been misidentified as carrying the assassins, but an entirely different<\/em><\/strong> vehicle!\u00a0 On the surface, a seeming duplicate of the Temple tractor-trailer; but upon closer look, a vehicle not even designed for use on a farm.\u00a0 (See,<\/em> \u201cThe Vehicle Used in the Attack:\u00a0 The Tractor.\u201d<\/strong>)<\/p>\n

It was rather designed for military camouflage:\u00a0 No driver\u2019s inset!\u00a0 No elevated steering wheel!\u00a0 No visible driver!\u00a0 Based upon the model of the farm vehicle at Jonestown (a Massey Ferguson tractor, the only one there), but not a farm vehicle at all.\u00a0 (How can you plough a field that you cannot SEE?<\/strong>)<\/p>\n

Those proofs are clear.\u00a0 They are already published.\u00a0 A different tractor, a different trailer — even visibly different assassins!\u00a0\u00a0 (See<\/em> \u201cThe Vehicle Used in the Attack:\u00a0 The Tractor\u201d; \u201cThe Vehicle Used in the Attack:\u00a0 The Trailer\u201d; and \u201cThere Was No Bob Kice,\u201d respectively.<\/strong>)<\/p>\n

Professional Logistics and Execution<\/strong><\/p>\n

There were also planned, practiced, rehearsed logistics for this attack, performed impeccably by military pros.\u00a0 This was hardly the work of amateurs, vigilantes or any ad hoc<\/em> team.<\/p>\n

The requirements for and the execution of this professional hit are revealed in \u201cDURING:\u00a0 The Operational Specs\u201d <\/strong>and \u201cDURING:\u00a0 Tracking the Footwork,\u201d <\/strong>along with step-by-step sequenced moves taken from the film footage itself.<\/p>\n

And yes, we do see the squad diamond as well.\u00a0 It was not just the Army veteran sitting next to me in 1979 who spotted the formation, but it is now proven to have been there.\u00a0 (See <\/em>\u201cDURING:\u00a0 Tracking the Footwork\u201d<\/strong>) <\/strong><\/p>\n

Who Had the Motive?<\/strong><\/p>\n

But didn\u2019t the cultists want the Congressman dead?\u00a0 Well, perhaps some did.\u00a0 Larry Layton <\/em><\/strong>apparently did.\u00a0 The rest is assumptions and surmisals.\u00a0 Even Layton could not see<\/span><\/strong> the attackers (see panel [6]<\/a><\/strong>), much less identify them, much less coordinate with them.<\/p>\n

But then again, all anyone ever suggested of the Temple men anyway was a handful of hotheads — hardly a team of military commandos!<\/p>\n

(Note:\u00a0 Jim Jones did personally issue seven denials<\/em><\/strong> of having \u201cordered\u201d the hit on the final tape.\u00a0 Nor did anyone hear him \u201corder\u201d the hit.\u00a0 Leaving that particular claim with no proof ever at any time by anyone.)<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, if any other<\/em><\/strong> party had motive (like the CIA?), that observation hardly originated with me.\u00a0 It was well-known at the time that Congressman Leo Ryan was the leading Congressional nemesis for the CIA.<\/strong>\u00a0 As for example, the Hughes-Ryan<\/span><\/em><\/strong> Amendment to the Foreign Relations Act of 1974, all but barring CIA \u201cblack ops.\u201d<\/p>\n

Oh, People Temple itself, isolated in a jungle with no research tools, did not know that; but it was widely known.\u00a0 What was less known, yet sheer common sense (i.e., not just paranoia on the part of an admittedly-crazed leader), was that the Temple was also<\/em><\/strong> in the sites of the CIA.\u00a0 For its far-left stance which had garnered acclaim in the States, its budding ties to both Castro\u2019s Cuba and the then-USSR, and with a plan to re-relocate to the latter in the middle of the Cold War!<\/p>\n

A perfect set-up for a \u201ckill two birds with one stone\u201d frame.\u00a0 Kill the Congressman, frame it on \u201cthe cult crazies,\u201d then HOPE that the crazed leader offs his own.<\/p>\n

And with the media stacked against the Temple prior to the Congressional visit at all.\u00a0 Then the crime scene set in the deep dark jungle where no one would even investigate.<\/p>\n

But speaking of horror stories, is that not terrible as well?\u00a0 Did America<\/span><\/em><\/strong> deserve that?\u00a0 Does a United States government agency get to just kill a United States Congressman with impunity?\u00a0 Make the cost of Ryan opposing their \u201cblack ops,\u201d the pulling off of a \u201cblack ops\u201d to assassinate him?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

The Telltale Advance Step<\/strong><\/p>\n

Note (nor have I ever claimed that), the CIA had no direct role in the deaths by poison at Jonestown.\u00a0 Their role was an indirect one of a) provoking it with the assassination; b) barring needed rescue to the area for twenty hours (for what was a one-hour flight in) pending confirmation of the mass deaths, as per their own log [see<\/em> \u201cTHE IMMEDIATE AFTERMATH:\u00a0 Barring Entry and Precluding Investigation\u201d<\/strong>]; and <\/strong>c) leaving open what might have happened if the community had NOT offed itself, but instead became \u201ca thousand alibis.\u201d<\/p>\n

Bad enough.\u00a0 Yet whatever evil wing nuts in the CIA concocted the assassination<\/em><\/strong> plot, it was such an unexpected twist (the public having no clue, with the cultists, defectors, reporters and Congressman clueless as well!) that it fosters incredulity as much as the mass deaths as Jonestown once did.<\/p>\n

Well, let\u2019s make this real by filling in a prerequisite step that was hidden at the time:<\/p>\n

O.k.\u00a0 It\u2019s a given that key evidentiary proof would be to establish that there were TWO TRACTOR-TRAILERS <\/strong>on the airstrip:\u00a0 one from Jonestown; the other a duplicate — a mind-blowing twist, yes ; but now to be \u201cnailed\u201c by the combination of the Reiterman schematic and the NBC film footage.<\/p>\n

But how to produce a duplicate of an exact vehicle from a remote setting?\u00a0 Someone had to have been there, to have located which vehicle to use for the ruse (namely, how was I driven back and forth to the airstrip?) and to photograph<\/em><\/strong> it.<\/p>\n

That\u2019s the lynchpin to ground the fantastical claim of \u201cframe by duplication\u201d into reality.<\/p>\n

Well, Jonestown had a lot of visitors, nearly always supportive.\u00a0 But there was one suspicious visit just two months prior to the tragedy by a known adversary, one Joseph Mazor,<\/strong> who at the time was both a P.I. (have camera, will travel!) and also expressed interest in making a film about Jonestown (again, have camera, will travel!)<\/p>\n

It\u2019s impossible to imagine that Mazor did NOT take photographs in Jonestown, so that is one \u201cmystery solved.\u201d\u00a0 That story has been detailed at length in the section, \u201cBEFORE:\u00a0 Preplanning the Frame.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

Now onto the current proof, \u201cThe Master Schematic:\u00a0 Tim Reiterman Versus NBC.\u201d<\/p>\n

The Impeccability of Sources<\/strong><\/p>\n

Regrettably I have discovered that whatever<\/em><\/strong> the caliber of proofs, people tend not to look.\u00a0 However objective, detailed and complete they may be.<\/p>\n

Look.\u00a0 A court of law<\/em><\/strong>would need look at proofs for objectivity and detail.\u00a0 But not people<\/em><\/strong>.\u00a0 They generally do NOT in this heavily loaded subject.<\/p>\n

People look more at sources<\/strong>.\u00a0 Who is saying it?\u00a0 Or can we just skip the proofs and impute their motives<\/strong>?\u00a0 They knew<\/strong> the people who died?\u00a0 Then maybe they are making a case \u201cfor other reasons,\u201d seeding suspicion before proofs are examined at all.<\/p>\n

Especially if there is any other reason to try and discount evidence.\u00a0 Like, let\u2019s say, an aged film with blurred outlines.\u00a0 (Though that\u2019s not dispositive when there is either comparative<\/em><\/strong> footage — like something supposedly the same that visibly isn\u2019t; or sequenced<\/em><\/strong> footage, such as tracking soldiers\u2019 footwork step by step.)\u00a0 I sometimes get that objection even though tellingly, there are never any alternatives offered!\u00a0 Like someone in the back of a room saying \u201cI can\u2019t see!,\u201d then refusing to move to the front and just LOOK.<\/p>\n

But we\u2019re past that now.\u00a0 This particular section highlights NON-credibility for any factors other than <\/em><\/strong>material evidence.\u00a0 Like writing off the investigator with no look at the investigation; not looking, then saying \u201cI can\u2019t see!\u201d; citing improbability as a disclaimer up front; everyone claims the opposite so what\u2019s wrong with her<\/span>,<\/em><\/strong> etc.<\/p>\n

And why is this section, especially, past all those subjective bars to discovery?\u00a0 Because a) the proofs in this section are free of any technical factors relating to the age, quality and\/or visibility of the film footage; b) because the two respective sources are considered the most historically credible; and c) the two respective accounts 1) jointly confirm that there were TWO tractor-trailers on the airstrip (Jonestown had only one such vehicle — not in dispute); and 2) are in an irreconcilable clash! <\/strong><\/p>\n

Oh, I\u2019m the researcher, yes, but I\u2019m \u201cout of\u201d this particular disparity.\u00a0 It is based purely in the two MOST UNIMPEACHABLE sources available:\u00a0 Namely the NBC film footage and prime reporter on-site, Tim Reiterman.\u00a0 Jointly, it is they who starkly re-open the window onto this iconic story.<\/p>\n

And It\u2019s Still Innocent Until Proven Guilty<\/strong><\/p>\n

Yet prior to revealing the proof proper, there is one more step needed.\u00a0 Designed to hopefully strip away the extreme prejudice (and understandably so!) regarding this event.\u00a0 To the degree that no one has ever even examined what was \u201cin plain sight\u201d:<\/p>\n

There are reasons that conventional jury selection disqualifies potential jurors already bombarded by prejudicial publicity.\u00a0 Despite that yes, tons of people tried are indeed guilty.\u00a0 And yes, a defense attorney wants to weed out anyone who would automatically convict their client, even if that client is guilty as sin.<\/p>\n

That all seems obvious, yet there is also a profound grounding in American law of \u201cinnocent until proven guilty\u201d — one completely thrown by the boards with Jonestown.\u00a0 It\u2019s partly to protect against lynch mobs; or having rumor mills putting people away, or \u201cthey committed one crime so they had to have committed the other\u201d; or maintaining that \u201cevidence doesn\u2019t matter\u201d — that \u201ceveryone knows\u201d what happened so why look at evidence at all.<\/p>\n

With Jonestown all the more so, as the story is iconic.\u00a0 So let us first level out the playing field, then move on to the evidence:<\/p>\n

What It Takes To Dislodge An Iconic Story<\/strong><\/p>\n

We all know what iconic stories are.\u00a0 JFK and Lee Harvey Oswald.\u00a0 9-1-1 and Al Qaeda.\u00a0 Jonestown and kool-aid.<\/p>\n

Well, at least the first two had commissions charged with deciphering the crime.\u00a0 The third, Jonestown, never even had that much.\u00a0 It\u2019s just that this subject has been fortressed with seemingly untouchable impediments:<\/p>\n

First: <\/strong>\u00a0It\u2019s a unique tale of, apparently, \u201cSiamese twins\u201d:\u00a0 1) murder; 2) suicide = \u201cbizarre murder-suicide ritual.\u201d <\/strong><\/p>\n

Thus the presumption <\/em><\/strong>that whoever caused the deaths at Jonestown (namely Jim Jones) must have<\/em><\/strong> caused the deaths at the airstrip which preceded them as well.\u00a0 Can\u2019t have one without the other so why even look at proof.<\/p>\n

Second:<\/strong>\u00a0 It involved the deaths of children.<\/strong>\u00a0 So we recoil at giving a killer of children ANY \u201cfree pass\u201d on the killing of the Congressman.\u00a0 \u201cGuilty or innocent\u201d is discounted up front.\u00a0 If this man (Jim Jones) or those people (the people of Jonestown) killed children, then what was the Congressman to them?<\/p>\n

<\/strong>Thus the presumption <\/em><\/strong>that \u201cThey must have killed him, too\u201c!<\/p>\n

Third:\u00a0 The presumption<\/em><\/strong> that \u201cJim Jones ordered\u201d <\/strong>[the killing of the Congressman.]<\/p>\n

The problem there is not just the seven denials direct from Jim Jones on the final tape(!):<\/p>\n

\u201c1)\u00a0 “I didn’t order the shooting”;<\/p>\n

2)\u00a0 “I don’t know who shot the Congressman.”;<\/p>\n

3)\u00a0 “I can’t control these people [who did].”;<\/p>\n

4)\u00a0 \u201cI waited against all evidence…\u00a0 I tried to prevent all this from<\/p>\n

happening.”;<\/p>\n

5)\u00a0 “I wish I could call it back.”;<\/p>\n

6)\u00a0 “I never wanted to kill anybody.”;<\/p>\n

7)\u00a0 “How many are dead?… Oh, God Almighty, God help them…”<\/p>\n

Added to this, no one heard Jim Jones \u201cordering\u201d the airstrip shootings at all.\u00a0 Not anyone who was there and then escaped.\u00a0 Not Stanley Clayton, not Odell Rhodes, not Tim Carter.\u00a0 No one.<\/p>\n

Fourth:<\/strong>\u00a0 The fourth iconic objection is \u201cBut everyone says\u2026\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0 I mean, weren\u2019t all these people \u201cthere\u201d?<\/p>\n

Thus, the presumption<\/em><\/strong> that how could all those eyewitnesses at the airstrip possibly be wrong?\u00a0 Even though their unquestioned testimonies are a contradictory hodge-podge (See<\/em> \u201cThe FBI Report Versus the On-Site NBC Film Footage\u201d<\/strong>); and worse still, we will now reveal what each could or could not SEE.<\/p>\n

Fifth:<\/strong>\u00a0 The fifth iconic objection is \u201cDidn\u2019t Jim Jones take responsibility?\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0 (I.e., that members of his group did it.\u00a0 He was not personally at the airstrip.)<\/p>\n

Except that no one has scoured that tape for what Jim Jones said<\/em><\/strong>.\u00a0 He was not at the airstrip himself.\u00a0 It is clear from the tape that he was told by others<\/em><\/strong> that the Congressman was dead:\u00a0 \u201cI don\u2019t know who shot the Congressman.\u201c\u00a0 It is clear that he doesn\u2019t know.<\/p>\n

In fact, the only one he suggests had access to a gun and was threatening to off the Congressman was Larry Layton, who was at the smaller plane, not the larger one to be carrying the Congressman; nor was Larry with the group of gunmen who attacked the larger plane at all!<\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 All Jim Jones knew was \u201cthe truck\u201d and \u201ca gun.\u201d\u00a0 Not a tractor-trailer and six gunmen!\u00a0 He got the story third-hand from debriefers (third-hand) who talked to the returning men from the airstrip (second-hand) who saw that the killings had happened (the killers being \u201cfirst-hand.\u201d).\u00a0 <\/strong><\/p>\n

Note, there is no evidence to even suggest that the returning men from the airstrip saw the killings with their own eyes.\u00a0 (See proofs to come.)\u00a0 They were just reporting on carnage viewed after the fact, after the killers had fled up-runway — not<\/span><\/strong> giving the identity of killers for a crime that they, the Temple men, could not even SEE because it was \u201caround the bend\u201c (i.e., blocked by the body of the plane.)<\/p>\n

Jones then took responsibility in panic, fear, and the presumption of a retaliatory military strike.\u00a0 He obviously did not know how the shootings happened, much less who had fired the fatal shots!<\/p>\n

Sixth:<\/strong>\u00a0 \u201cWhy would someone take responsibility for what they did NOT do?\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0 Well, this was actually worse:\u00a0 That a community of a thousand people would self-destruct based on buying into their own frame seems too incredible a twist.\u00a0 Yet there is every<\/span><\/strong> evidentiary reason to conclude that and no<\/span><\/strong> evidentiary reason to conclude otherwise.<\/p>\n

But why?\u00a0 Who would do that to themselves?\u00a0 Well, the answers are as shocking as they are simple:<\/p>\n

They themselves did not investigate.\u00a0 They were no known intruders into the area.\u00a0 And the vehicle that whizzed by the Temple men on its way to the attack looked like<\/span><\/strong> the Jonestown tractor-trailer.<\/p>\n

But more, that anyone else<\/em><\/strong> might have had it in the Congressman was not on their radar.\u00a0 They thought the CIA had it in for them <\/em><\/strong>— for their far-left stance and outreaches to Cuba and the USSR in the middle of the Cold War.\u00a0 They just hadn\u2019t a clue that the CIA had it in for the Congressman.\u00a0 They thought that he was \u201cthe government\u2019s guy\u201d — not a feared and hated adversary<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Thus there was no, \u201cWho else could have done this?\u201d\u00a0 They just presumed in an adrenalin panic that it had to have been them<\/span><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Presumption Is Not Evidence<\/strong><\/p>\n

Indeed, there is not a single of the above presumptions that withstands the material evidence.<\/p>\n

Thus the most basic question was never even addressed.\u00a0 Like, WHO ELSE<\/strong> might have done it?\u00a0 WHO ELSE <\/strong>had it in for both<\/span><\/strong> the Congressman and the cultists; and especially, for their leader Jim Jones?<\/p>\n

That was unknown at Jonestown; thus WHO ELSE<\/strong> might have done it was not even on their radar.\u00a0 But it is known to us, historically, today.\u00a0 That the CIA had it in for BOTH the Congressman and the cult leader.<\/p>\n

That is not the subject of this section per se<\/em>.\u00a0 But yes, there are answers and they can be found at \u201cBEFORE:\u00a0 Pre-Planning the Frame,\u201c <\/strong>panel [1].\u00a0 It\u2019s summed up on one page. \u00a0<\/strong>I would recommend that the reader look.<\/p>\n

On To THE MASTER SCHEMATIC<\/strong><\/p>\n

Perhaps by now, we have addressed enough common presumptions to level the playing field to a place of evidence.\u00a0 Presumptions are not evidence.<\/p>\n

But both The Reiterman Schematic and the on-site NBC film footage are evidence.\u00a0 What we are now calling \u201cThe Master Schematic,\u201d reporter Tim Reiterman had drawn up a single day following the shootings at the Port Kaituma airstrip.\u00a0 It gives a drawing of the ENTIRE airfield, to clarify from where the attack came, with memory fresh and claims certain.<\/p>\n

Although there were never any hearings on the assassination, this is the legal equivalent of Reiterman\u2019s testimony.\u00a0 Were there ever hearings, the standard to hold Mr. Reiterman to would have been HIS OWN reconstruction of the crime scene.\u00a0 It would be this.<\/p>\n

Fine and good.\u00a0 Except that the NBC camera photographed the actual crime scene on site, with glaring irreconcilable contradictions vis-\u00e0-vis Reiterman — about who did it, what vehicle they were on, and who saw what.<\/p>\n

Why is \u201cReiterman Versus NBC\u201d so damning to the official story?<\/p>\n

Reiterman Versus NBC<\/strong><\/p>\n

Me, I might print contrasting pictures of the real<\/em><\/strong> Jonestown tractor-trailer versus the duplicated<\/em><\/strong> tractor-trailer \u201cuntil the cows come home,\u201d so to speak.<\/p>\n

In people\u2019s minds, that\u2019s still \u201ca double.\u201d\u00a0 Like a celebrity has a double or a politician has a double.\u00a0 So it looked like<\/em><\/strong> the Temple tractor-trailer.\u00a0 \u201cGood enough for me.\u201d<\/p>\n

In this case, the differences are substantive, provable through photographs, and indeed proven in \u201cThe Vehicle Used in the Attack\u201d <\/strong>section of \u201cIn Plain Sight.\u201c\u00a0 Yet however definitive such proofs may appear to be visually<\/em><\/strong>, the nail may only be driven in by proving the presence of TWO different vehicles locationally<\/em>.<\/strong><\/p>\n

In other words, maybe our eyes were fooled (that\u2019s a bit hard to say, since the attack vehicle was filmed broadside, at rest, and in bright sunlight — but people say it)– after all, the NBC footage is not a modern HD film.\u00a0 But what about (allegedly) one vehicle that cannot be in two places at the same time?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Once you prove that it was not just that a vehicle looked <\/em><\/strong>different, but that (allegedly) one <\/em><\/strong>vehicle was really two<\/span><\/em><\/strong>, and in two different locations<\/span>,<\/em><\/strong> then that\u2019s a proof that is nailed.<\/p>\n

I repeat:\u00a0 Tim Reiterman says that \u201cthe Temple tractor-trailer\u201d was in ONE location.\u00a0 Moreover, that the attackers then advanced from that location across the airfield.<\/p>\n

As opposed to:\u00a0 The on-site NBC film footage clearly shows the real Temple tractor-trailer IN AN ENTIRELY DIFFERENT LOCATION.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 No vehicle can be in two places at the same time!!\u00a0 <\/strong>Only TWO <\/strong>vehicles can be in two different places at the same time, which is exactly what we had here:<\/p>\n

NBC places the real Jonestown tractor-trailer under the wing flap of the smaller Cessna plane DOWN-RUNWAY, <\/strong>just parked, sitting there, doing nothing, just prior to the attack.\u00a0 \u201cJust prior\u201d meaning all of a minute-and-a-half prior to the attack!!\u00a0 <\/strong>Reiterman, by contrast, places the tractor-trailer used in the attack ACROSS-RUNWAY, <\/strong>barreling across the airfield from a completely different direction!<\/p>\n

Not only that:\u00a0 The two respective vehicles were not only sighted in different locations, but since Reiterman looked cross-runway just prior to entering the boarding area (= the same two minutes prior to the attack), the sightings by NBC and by Reiterman were simultaneous!<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0 = TWO TRACTOR-TRAILERS!!<\/strong><\/p>\n

Accounts at Right Angles to One Another <\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cRight angles\u201d is literal:<\/p>\n

NBC<\/span>:\u00a0 The NBC camera lens has the real Jonestown tractor-trailer parked on the same side of the runway as the attack<\/strong> under the wing flap of the smaller, Cessna plane, doing nothing and going nowhere, all of a minute and a half before the attack as per the film\u2018s own timer.<\/strong>\u00a0 Had it launched the attack, it would have to have been straight-line to the staging area.<\/p>\n

Reiterman<\/span>:\u00a0 The schematic of the attack drawn up by the premiere newsman on site, Tim Reiterman (then of The San Francisco Examiner<\/em><\/strong>) shows the allegedly \u201csame\u201d tractor-trailer across the runway,<\/strong> facing and headed in a different direction.<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0 It traveled across the runway, then curved around to the left side of the Guyana Airways plane to the staging area for the attack.<\/p>\n

In summary, the attack vehicle was BOTH<\/strong> on the opposite side of the runway AND<\/strong> at right angles <\/em><\/strong>to the real Jonestown vehicle.\u00a0 Literally.<\/p>\n

Fooled.\u00a0 Confused.\u00a0 Misled.\u00a0 Which Was the Whole Point of Duplication!\u00a0\u00a0 <\/strong><\/p>\n

Let\u2019s now consider what people customarily see\u00a0 People look in the direction they are headed, especially on a short route.\u00a0 They know what they can see.\u00a0 They cannot know what they cannot see.<\/p>\n

As Tim Reiterman left the terminal shack and walked to the Guyana Airways plane to board (marker E-1 on panel [2]<\/a>, Reiterman filmed as such on panel [3]<\/a>)<\/strong>, the real Jonestown tractor-trailer was placed sharply to his left, slightly behind him, down-runway and, to boot, on the hidden side of the smaller plane.\u00a0 The duped tractor-trailer that carried the attackers, when spotted prior to the attack, was in front of Reiterman, across the runway.<\/p>\n

Real vehicle down-runway on the same side.\u00a0 Duped vehicle across-runway about to attack in a transverse course (marker D on panel [2]<\/a>).<\/strong><\/p>\n

That\u2019s the most that Reiterman saw of the attack vehicle anyway.\u00a0 He had NO<\/strong> LINE OF VISION <\/strong>to the advancing attackers since he, along with his fellow passengers still on the ground (save for State Department escort Richard Dwyer, considered separately in \u201cDURING:\u00a0 The Operational Specs\u201c<\/strong>) had moved to the passengers\u2019 boarding area on the left side of the plane, where they had NO LINE OF VISION<\/strong> to the approaching attackers.<\/p>\n

But prior to the attack<\/em><\/strong> and prior to the approach of the attackers<\/em><\/strong> (whose approach was visually obstructed by the plane itself!), Reiterman and two other newsmen reported having looked across the runway<\/em> <\/strong>(NOT down-runway, the location of the real Jonestown vehicle) and spotted a tractor-trailer which Reiterman said was (allegedly) \u201cseen earlier at the mission\u201d:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Except that it (now provably) wasn\u2019t<\/em> the vehicle \u201cseen earlier at the mission.\u201d\u00a0 <\/strong>That vehicle (namely, the real tractor-trailer from Jonestown) was also on the airstrip yes, but in a visibly different location.<\/p>\n

Fooled.\u00a0 Confused.\u00a0 Misled.\u00a0 Was that not the purpose of duplication in the first place?<\/p>\n

The NBC camera, by contrast, could not be fooled, confused or misled.\u00a0 It just filmed the real Jonestown tractor-trailer placidly parked under the left wing flap of the Cessna.\u00a0 Going nowhere, doing nothing.\u00a0 What you see is what you get.<\/p>\n

Bottom line:\u00a0 Vehicles in different locations.\u00a0 Pointed in different directions.\u00a0 One stationery, under a plane wing, down-runway.<\/em> <\/strong>\u00a0The other across the runway, then barreling transverse across the runway.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Nor is it me, Laurie Efrein Kahalas, saying this.\u00a0 It\u2019s NBC and Tim Reiterman.\u00a0 And I do not believe that either the NBC camera or Mr. Reiterman\u2019s pen lied.\u00a0 Rather, they reveal what happened.\u00a0 <\/strong><\/p>\n

How surprised should we be about the hodge-podge of mismatched i.d.\u2018s in the FBI report now<\/span><\/em><\/strong>?<\/p>\n

The Two-Vehicle Proof<\/strong><\/p>\n

Obviously, no vehicle can be in two places at the same time!\u00a0 Yet both the NBC camera and Tim Reiterman were \u201cright.\u201d\u00a0 And in the only way that they could be:<\/p>\n

Namely, yes, there were TWO<\/strong> tractor-trailers on the scene.\u00a0 (Plus, of course, the Temple truck.)\u00a0 One was the real Jonestown vehicle:\u00a0 parked, going nowhere, doing nothing.\u00a0 That was the vehicle filmed by NBC.\u00a0 Down-runway, roughly parallel to the Guyana Airways plane, but further back, on the runway\u2018s edge.\u00a0 An attack from that vehicle would have to have been straight-line up the runway.\u00a0 <\/strong><\/p>\n

The other vehicle, approaching transverse the runway<\/strong> was the one quasi-duplicated by the CIA to \u201clook like Peoples Temple\u201d while they committed the kill.\u00a0 The one Reiterman was fooled into calling \u201cthe vehicle seen earlier at the mission.\u201d<\/p>\n

This Materially Affects Who Was Accused As Well<\/strong><\/p>\n

As we will see, presumptions about vehicles also materially affect presumptions about who committed the crime.\u00a0 Now there were provably THREE<\/strong> vehicles on the airstrip at the time:\u00a0 The real Jonestown tractor-trailer, the Jonestown truck, and the duplicate tractor-trailer used in the attack.<\/p>\n

Yet there is actually not much confusion about which vehicle the main accuseds (namely Tom Kice, Bob Kice and Joe Wilson) were spotted on:\u00a0 the Temple TRUCK.<\/p>\n

(Note:\u00a0 The vehicle snafu was so confusing even to survivors, that the original news report [panel (8)] mentions ONLY \u201cthe Peoples Temple truck<\/em><\/strong>\u201d in connection with the shootings.\u00a0 Indeed, a later news article had a group of airstrip survivors concocting that Joe Wilson –who has been seen on THE TRUCK– must have somehow detoured back to Jonestown to pick up the tractor-trailer.\u00a0 But how could that be?\u00a0 It wasn\u2019t there!\u00a0\u00a0 It was already sitting under the wing flap of the Cessna, parked, doing nothing.)<\/p>\n

Note, there was never any evidentiary <\/em><\/strong>reason to think that the Kices and Wilson had somehow switched from the truck to any<\/em><\/strong> tractor-trailer.\u00a0 Indeed, the last they were seen, perhaps two minutes prior to the attack, they had disembarked from the TRUCK spotted across the airfield and were on foot.<\/p>\n

Now it is also clear that any inexplicable switching of vehicles (were it even physically possible a minute or so prior to the attack!) would not have even put them on another Temple vehicle, but rather the non<\/span><\/strong>-Temple tractor-trailer used in the attack.<\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 It\u2019s one component, but a vital one, as to why the official story would not have survived a single day of serious questioning at a hearing, much less a day at trial. <\/strong><\/p>\n

Now we can directly examine the proofs:<\/p>\n

The Master Schematic:\u00a0 Tim Reiterman Versus NBC [1]<\/a><\/strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n

Panel 1 is reprinted from a newspaper account at the time.\u00a0 Reiterman had an artist draw up this schematic from Reiterman\u2019s own memory on November 19, 1978, a single day after the killings.<\/p>\n

The Reiterman Schematic will be used to prove that neither the reporters, nor defectors, nor the Temple men, nor even the one singled out as \u201cthe government eyewitness\u201d could provide any viable, credible eyewitness i.d.\u2018s of the killers.<\/p>\n

This is established LOCATIONALLY, through BLOCKED LINES OF VISION<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The reader is of course also referred back to \u201cEyewitness Identifications?:\u00a0 The FBI Report Versus the On-Site NBC Film Footage,\u201d<\/strong> for a dissection of the rampant mismatches, never subject to question, that the FBI compiled.<\/p>\n

From that we can see WHAT<\/strong> passed as \u201can investigation.\u201d\u00a0 It is The Reiterman Schematic, however, that will be specific as to WHY<\/strong> none of 23 people interviewed did or could provide i.d.\u2019s that would have survived a single day in court.<\/p>\n

The capper, of course, will be the summary page [9]<\/a><\/strong> (supported by the section, \u201cThere Was No Bob Kice,\u201d) which sums up not just what the alleged eyewitnesses could NOT<\/strong> see, but what any head-on look could not have missed<\/em><\/strong> — yet EVERYONE did!!<\/p>\n

That is the critical \u201ccontrol\u201d factor, since there is nothing anywhere in the FBI report which matches the unique impossible-to-miss physical descriptions of the assassins!!<\/strong><\/p>\n

In total, who killed the Congressman is not simply NOT <\/strong>\u201clong-settled\u201d at all, but the task of determining that was never even done!!<\/p>\n

So we circle back to the beginning:\u00a0 An UN<\/span><\/strong>-investigated crime scene.<\/p>\n

Let\u2019s now proceed to dissect The Reiterman Schematic and its key role in paring the list of viable eyewitness identifications down to zero.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Then, since zero viability is apparently what we were given in lieu of any real investigation, then yes, it is worth it to dissemble the errors, the falsities, the wrong accusations (however inadvertent) from scratch.<\/p>\n

The Reiterman Schematic now becomes the template for this part of the \u201cIn Plain Sight\u201d investigation.\u00a0 Mr. Reiterman\u2019s astute and thorough observations were surely what was \u201cin plain sight\u201d for him<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

A to J:\u00a0 Marking the Reiterman Schematic Prior to Deconstructing It [2]<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n

Note, we are \u201chome free\u201d on this with markers A <\/strong>and C<\/strong> alone on panel [1]<\/a><\/strong>.\u00a0 That is A:<\/strong>\u00a0 the placement of \u201ca\u201d tractor-trailer, namely the one about to be used in the attack, CROSS RUNWAY;<\/strong> versus C:<\/strong>\u00a0 the real<\/em><\/strong> Jonestown tractor-trailer filmed by NBC DOWN-RUNWAY<\/strong> parked at rest.<\/p>\n

This key proof is confirmed.\u00a0 It just occurred in a larger context — twenty-plus people who claimed that they knew how this happened; the defector contingent accusing the cultists, but with all but one story never publicly quoted; the reporters accusing the cultists as well, even though none identified ANY Temple man in an act of killing (the farthest any reporter got was \u201can unknown individual\u201c); and with no one even acknowledging tales wildly at odds.<\/p>\n

For the moment, however, never even mind that they \u201ceach knew differently\u201c how it had happened — that their accounts don\u2019t match.\u00a0 This section will fell ALL of the accounts in one fell swoop.<\/p>\n

Let\u2019s now scour the Reiterman schematic to discover what the various parties could, or conversely, could NOT see!\u00a0 Despite that people may well have simply reported what they saw at some<\/em><\/strong> point — just NOT on the attack vehicle, NOT at the time of the attack, and NOT in the process of killing anyone!<\/strong><\/p>\n

Note that since we will be marking up The Reiterman Schematic with notes, the UN-marked schematic appears up front so the reader has it available for ongoing reference (see<\/em> [1]<\/a>.<\/strong>)<\/p>\n

Panel [1]<\/a><\/strong> uses the Reiterman schematic to show what was located where by the time of the attack.\u00a0 People, planes, vehicles, assassins.*<\/strong>\u00a0 The same schematic color-coded as to its separate elements, is panel [2]<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The Color-Coded Schematic [2]<\/a><\/strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n

Marker A:<\/strong>\u00a0 Matched to The Reiterman Schematic\u2019s \u201c1:\u00a0 Dump truck and tractor-trailer arrive from road to Port Kaituma.\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0 The freeze-frame photo on panel [4]<\/a><\/strong> shows how distinguishable was the Temple truck from the tractor-trailer.\u00a0 Two very different vehicles, also spotted by Reiterman separately — as he said, he spotted the Temple truck and \u201ca\u201d tractor-trailer looking much like the one at Jonestown, both vehicles having been spotted across the airfield.<\/p>\n

O.k.\u00a0 Reiterman made two surmisals<\/em><\/strong> here; understandable, yet inaccurate:<\/p>\n

One surmisal was that the tractor-trailer was \u201cthe one seen earlier at the mission,\u201d i.e., the Temple<\/em><\/strong> tractor-trailer.\u00a0 Then what did the NBC cameraman film sitting under the wing flap of the Cessna, namely the real<\/em><\/strong> Temple vehicle at Marker C<\/strong>?<\/p>\n

Obviously, the tractor-trailer spotted by Reiterman was not<\/span><\/strong> the one \u201cseen earlier at the mission.\u201d<\/p>\n

Reiterman\u2019s second surmisal was that the tractor-trailer he spotted cross-runway had arrived \u201cfrom road [from Jonestown] to Port Kaituma,\u201d also marked at \u201c1\u201c on The Reiterman Schematic.\u00a0 I.e., the road between Jonestown and the Port Kaituma airstrip.<\/p>\n

Again, that was a surmisal<\/em><\/strong>.\u00a0 Reiterman was not on the vehicle himself.\u00a0 Nor did he see the vehicle travel that road.\u00a0 He only saw where it landed up.<\/p>\n

But where else<\/em><\/strong> could it have come from?\u00a0 O.k., look at what Reiterman designated as \u201cJungle and swamps\u201d at<\/p>\n

Marker B:\u00a0 <\/strong>That\u2019s \u201cwhere else\u201d!<\/p>\n

It could not have come from there?\u00a0 Oh my God, of course it could have!\u00a0 Look at the freeze-frame of the thick, lush, towering foliage surrounding that primitive road, on panel [4]<\/a><\/strong>.\u00a0\u00a0 You could hide ANYTHING in there!<\/p>\n

All Reiterman knew was that it was on the other side of the airstrip.\u00a0 That\u2019s all.\u00a0 Not how it arrived there.<\/p>\n

Marker C:<\/strong>\u00a0 This was the location of the REAL Jonestown tractor-trailer as filmed by NBC (see freeze-frame at \u201cC\u201c at panel [3]<\/a><\/strong>) hidden under the left wing flap of the smaller Cessna plane.\u00a0 Corresponds to Reiterman\u2019s \u201cCessna.\u00a0 Carrying members of Peoples Temple loaded and ready to taxi.\u201d\u00a0 <\/strong><\/p>\n

In other words, a bulk of the defectors had already boarded and had NO LINE OF VISION<\/strong> to the attackers.\u00a0 Note that even were they on the ground, they still could not have seen:\u00a0 The attackers were directly facing the larger plane, with their backs catty-corner to the Cessna!<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, the NBC film footage at Marker C positions the real Jonestown tractor-trailer blocked from view<\/span><\/strong> — of EITHER Reiterman at Marker E or<\/span><\/strong> the occupants of the Temple truck at Marker A.<\/p>\n

f<\/p>\n

Thus neither of those two sets of parties (Tim Reiterman or the men from the Temple truck) were positioned to spot that there were TWO<\/strong> tractor-trailers on the airfield.\u00a0 Because the real Jonestown vehicle was hiding on the far side of the smaller plane.<\/p>\n

Now, Reiterman\u2019s mistaken surmisal that the tractor-trailer across the runway was \u201cthe one seen earlier at the mission\u201d obviously did not affect the impending loss of life — he just mistakenly fingered who did it.\u00a0 But not so the error on the part of the men from the Temple TRUCK.\u00a0 The cost of their<\/em><\/strong> error was immense:<\/p>\n

Namely, if they knew that there were TWO<\/strong> tractor-trailers on the airfield and that the real Jonestown vehicle was NOT involved in the attack, then they would have had to suspect a frame!\u00a0 The ONLY factor that might have prevented the deaths at Jonestown.<\/p>\n

Really?\u00a0 Yes, really:<\/p>\n

Note that YES, Jim Jones was over the edge mentally, emotionally, psychiatrically (as well as physically — he was obviously dying) by that point in time.\u00a0 Yet the difference as to whether the Temple had killed the Congressman or an outside party had done it, was still whether the community was doomed to defeat, despair, ad plunging to their deaths if they were the guilty parties; or the mindset of rage, survival and vindication if they were being framed<\/span><\/strong> for this.<\/p>\n

<\/strong>Why would a community destroy itself<\/em><\/strong> if they were innocent of the killings?\u00a0 Fanaticism alone could have spun this differently:\u00a0 Cause celebre, martyrdom, world-wide renown for nailing the CIA!<\/p>\n

Jim Jones even pushed panic buttons over expected imminent retaliation for killings that no one knew that the Temple had done!\u00a0 (Someone confessed?\u00a0 \u201cI did it!\u201c?\u00a0 No.\u00a0 We have no suggestion of, much less evidence of that.)\u00a0 He just took other people\u2019s word.\u00a0 To the degree that he thought the attack had come from \u201cthe truck and a gun.\u201d\u00a0 He did not even know that there was ANY tractor-trailer involved in the killings!<\/p>\n

(For there was yet another gruesome twist — Larry Layton — \u201cthe truck and a gun\u201d — who actually was<\/em><\/strong> \u201cone lone gunman\u201d — but which also put a cap on looking further.)<\/p>\n

However, had he (or any of them) realized that they were being framed, what a powerful incentive to live on!\u00a0 The fact is, WE DON\u2019T KNOW what would have happened had these people realized that they were being framed.\u00a0 WE JUST DON\u2019T KNOW.<\/p>\n

(Honestly, we don\u2019t even know what the fate of \u201ca thousand alibis\u201d would have been HAD they lived.)<\/p>\n

I realize that everyone wants one-person guilt to dominate this scenario forever.\u00a0 That no one could have possibly caused this except for the sole, 100% guilt of Jim Jones.<\/p>\n

I understand ANYONE feeling that way, especially people who lost family members.\u00a0 It\u2019s just that surmisals, assumptions and presumptions (much less hearsay, gossip and rumors!) are not, and have never been evidence.<\/p>\n

Let us also not forget that yes, a United States Congressman was killed and IT WAS NEVER INVESTIGATED!\u00a0 <\/strong>And note, not for lack of evidence at all.\u00a0 Just out of suppression<\/em><\/strong> of evidence.<\/p>\n

Leaving never-prosecuted parties for heinous crimes to this day.<\/p>\n

Marker D:<\/strong>\u00a0 This is a trajectory<\/em><\/strong> on the Reiterman Schematic rather than a point.\u00a0 The route by which the attackers drove across the runway in a tractor-trailer to launch the fatal attack.<\/p>\n

Well, since Reiterman spotted a tractor-trailer across the runway, which vehicle then launched the attack, then this trajectory was yes, apparently the only one possible given the time constraints.<\/strong>\u00a0 Even though Reiterman did not see the attack vehicle on that route.\u00a0 He was already at the passenger\u2019s boarding area on the left side of the Guyana Airways plane with NO LINE OF VISION <\/strong>to the attackers\u2019 approach.<\/p>\n

Had Mr. Reiterman actually been observing the approach of the attackers as it was happening, then he might have noticed (as I did from freeze-frames of the attack vehicle) that there was no visible driver at eye level in this vehicle.<\/p>\n

Sort of like \u201ca headless horseman.\u201d\u00a0 As demonstrated in \u201cThe Vehicle Used in the Attack:\u00a0 The Tractor,\u201d <\/strong>this was a modified<\/em><\/strong> tractor with a rebuilt frame designed to conceal the driver\u2019s body.\u00a0 A \u201creal\u201d tractor,\u201d of course, has the driver sticking up into the air where anyone can identify who he is or who he isn\u2019t<\/em><\/strong>.\u00a0 Not do-able if you needed to \u201clook like Peoples Temple.\u201d\u00a0 That required camouflage<\/em><\/strong>.<\/em><\/p>\n

Nor did ANYONE at the larger plane claim to have seen the tractor-trailer approaching the staging point for the attack.\u00a0 Since a) the body of the plane blocked their line of vision; and b) the plane\u2019s engines blocked the sound of the approach as well.<\/p>\n

By the time NBC cameraman Bob Brown caught the attack vehicle in his camera lens, the driver of the tractor was already disembarking from the front!<\/p>\n

Note also, as detailed in \u201cEyewitness Identifications?:\u00a0 The FBI Report Versus the On-Site NBC Film Footage,\u201d that what everyone who cited the driver of the real<\/em><\/strong> Jonestown tractor-trailer (that\u2019s EIGHT total) agreed upon, was that that driver was white, fair-skinned, blond-haired Stan Gieg.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Well, trying to make Gieg the driver of the duplicate vehicle used in the attack, as did eight(!)<\/em><\/strong> defectors on the airfield, makes the very case-in-point.\u00a0 Namely, the driver of the attack <\/em><\/strong>vehicle tractor was visibly a dark-skinned black man <\/strong>as caught on the NBC film footage!\u00a0 Yet he was yet another assassin \u201cin plain sight\u201d that no one seemed to see!!<\/p>\n

Thus it is clear that yes, although this was the trajectory of approach, no one SAW<\/strong> either the driver or the other attackers (in fact, all were hidden from view) travel that route.<\/p>\n

Markers E-1, E-2 & E-3:<\/strong>\u00a0 These show the three successive positions of Tim Reiterman on the airfield:<\/p>\n

E-1<\/strong> is Reiterman leaving the small terminal shack to head towards the larger, Guyana Airways plane.\u00a0 It shows the direction Reiterman was facing and his LINE OF VISION OR LACK THEREOF.\u00a0 He wasn\u2019t<\/em><\/strong> looking to his far left in a backwards diagonal (much less around the body of that<\/em><\/strong> plane!), where he would have had to be looking to spot the real Jonestown tractor-trailer sitting under the left wing of the smaller Cessna plane.<\/p>\n

E-2<\/strong> shows in what direction Reiterman WAS looking, by his own account.\u00a0 NOT down-runway but ACROSS<\/strong> the airfield, spotting two vehicles there — the Temple TRUCK and \u201ca\u201d TRACTOR-TRAILER.<\/p>\n

E-3<\/strong> is where the NBC film footage confirms that ALL of the would-be departing passengers were standing when the attack broke out.\u00a0 No advance line of vision, just a horrifying surprise attack.<\/p>\n

Marker F:<\/strong>\u00a0 This shows the trajectory of \u201cthe government eyewitness,\u201d namely Jim Cobb, as he fled from the scene when the shots rang out.<\/p>\n

Note back-up documentation on panel [8]<\/a><\/strong>, verifying that Cobb was the eyewitness upon whose testimony the government relied for alleged positive i.d.\u2019s of the shooters.\u00a0 Note that I myself had that confirmed face-to-face with the Congressional committee. <\/strong><\/p>\n

Also note Cobb\u2019s testimony to the FBI — that first<\/em><\/strong> he fled fifty yards towards the bush, then<\/em><\/strong> turned to \u201cobserve killings at [he alleged] point blank range.\u201d<\/p>\n

But please read that carefully:\u00a0 No, HE was not at point blank range to the killers.\u00a0 He said that the killers<\/em><\/strong> were at point blank range of the victims!<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0 He was already fifty yards away!<\/p>\n

The possibility that Cobb could accurately provide three positive i.d.\u2019s while FIFTY YARDS AWAY, much less fleeing in a panic to an area behind the other side of the plane, was nil to none.\u00a0 Note that even \u201cfifty yards\u201d was a minimal guess — it was at least<\/em><\/strong> fifty yards since reporter Ron Javers in his own account, estimated it as one hundred yards.\u00a0 (\u201cI debated whether to flee one hundred yards<\/strong> into the bush.\u201d\u00a0 And that would have been straight-line, i.e., the shortest<\/em><\/strong> route.)<\/p>\n

But let at look at something even less contestable:\u00a0 Everyone, including the NBC film footage(!) concurs that the victims were standing on the left side of the plane at the passengers\u2019 boarding area.\u00a0 (Reiterman\u2019s inset drawing of the lay-out of bodies on the ground is reversed, but probably even he would not contest that as per the NBC film footage. [His schematic proper did get it right about the side of the plane that went under attack, so this becomes a moot point.])<\/p>\n

Which meant that anyone fleeing into the bush had HIS LINE OF VISION BLOCKED BY THE BODY OF THE PLANE!!<\/strong><\/p>\n

Thus the alleged prize testimony, the government\u2018s own eyewitness, seems to have had no credibility at all.<\/p>\n

Marker G:<\/strong>\u00a0 This marks the location of the defectors, the only people who could have positively i.d.\u2018ed the Temple men.\u00a0 (Yes, some reporters on site recognized Temple men from the community, but none fingered any in the act of killing — just that they saw them at the airstrip.\u00a0\u00a0 And again, since they drove the departing party there, where else would they be?!)<\/p>\n

The defectors in the Cessna plane, already boarded and \u201cready to taxi\u201d<\/strong> as The Reiterman Schematic puts it, were people who every last one of them had NO LINE OF VISION TO THE ATTACKERS.\u00a0 <\/strong>The news reports of the day mark even Larry Layton (the only Temple member arrested\/charged in the shootings) as shooting from within the smaller plane, NOT<\/strong> in coordination with any gunmen on the ground.<\/p>\n

Whatever of the Temple men this group, the bulk of the defectors SAW, they saw them prior to the attack, not as the attack was happening.<\/p>\n

The only one left on the ground at the staging area when the shots rang out who even claimed to i.d. anyone in the process of fleeing, was \u201cgovernment eyewitness Jim Cobb,\u201d but we\u2019ve just seen what that testimony appears to be worth.<\/p>\n

Marker H:<\/strong>\u00a0 The location of the Temple men across the airfield.\u00a0 This was the most shocking of the alleged \u201ceyewitness\u201d errors, in that it was alleged Temple guilt for the assassination that cascaded into the mass deaths at Jonestown.\u00a0 The men who were to then return to Jonestown with, \u201cWe did it!\u201d<\/p>\n

But what could they (or conversely, could they NOT<\/strong>) SEE<\/span><\/em><\/strong>??:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

From their vantage point, the real Jonestown tractor-trailer was hidden behind the left wing of the Cessna plane across the airfield.\u00a0 LINE OF VISION TO THE REAL JONESTOWN VEHICLE BLOCKED. <\/strong><\/p>\n

They also could not have seen who was ON the tractor-trailer that whizzed by their left.\u00a0 They viewed it advancing from behind.\u00a0 LINE OF VISION TO ANY ASSAILANTS BLOCKED.\u00a0 <\/strong>(Note, this was \u201ca headless horseman\u201d tractor in any case, with the other occupants hidden in the trailer.\u00a0 But what people mostly register if something whizzes by is just, \u201cI didn\u2018t get a look at anyone.\u201d)<\/p>\n

However, what they likely DID see from the back was that yes, it was a tractor-trailer, so very much like the \u201creal\u201d one from Jonestown, at least in outline form.\u00a0 So why would they think that it was a different, second, or duplicate vehicle?\u00a0 They wouldn\u2019t.<\/p>\n

Nor did they view the attack as it happened.\u00a0 The Guyana Airways plane had its boarding area (where the passengers, including the Congressman, were amassed) on the left side, hidden from the view of the Temple men.\u00a0 LINE OF VISION TO THE ATTACK BLOCKED AS WELL. <\/strong><\/p>\n

However, what likely did happen, especially since reporters marked the Kices and Wilson as advancing on foot at the time of the attack, was that the Temple men came onto the crime scene after the gunmen had fled.<\/strong>\u00a0 Viewed the carnage.\u00a0 They even brought back news that the dead included Patty Parks, who had been defecting from Jonestown.<\/p>\n

The Congressman himself would have been easy to spot.\u00a0 The only one with whitened hair, and lying face down (but head turned sideways so he was recognizable) at the left wheel of the plane.\u00a0 He had spoken publicly at Jonestown — they knew what he looked like.\u00a0 The newsmen it is unlikely that the Temple men even knew by name.)<\/p>\n

In other words, the Temple men had no reason to suspect that the Temple had NOT committed the killings.\u00a0 That would have taken believing the same story that people have trouble absorbing EVEN NOW WITH PROOF:\u00a0 <\/strong>A duplicate tractor-trailer hidden on the airstrip (namely in the adjoining bush), duplicated as a ruse to frame Peoples Temple as the killers.<\/p>\n

Marker I:<\/strong>\u00a0 There is no need for a separate illustrative panel, but this area is highlighted because it marks the proximate approach of the attack vehicle.\u00a0 In other words, DIDN\u2019T ANYONE SEE IT AS IT APPROACHED, which might have given time to observe?\u00a0 Not just when the shots rang out, which was time to panic and flee?<\/p>\n

The answer to that using the FBI report, is that no, no one did.<\/strong>\u00a0 The plane\u2019s engines were running; the passengers were by then amassed at the back left side of the plane, not the front from which the attackers came; and no, although two reporters said they saw the vehicle across the runway prior to <\/em><\/strong>the attack, no one reported seeing the actual approach of the attack vehicle.<\/p>\n

Marker J:<\/strong>\u00a0 Marked \u201cCrash of Guyanan plane (guarded by 4 military personnel)\u201d<\/strong> on the lower left hand corner of the schematic; not marked by letter, however, on the panels<\/em><\/strong>.\u00a0 This was the last group of people on the airfield; namely, the \u201cfour soldiers with M-16s [automatic assault rifles\u201d<\/strong> whom NBC producer on site, Bob Flick, said had \u201crefused to intervene\u201d:<\/strong><\/p>\n

A plane had allegedly crashed and needed \u201cfour soldiers with M-16s to guard it\u201d?\u00a0 Well, that was the given excuse for the presence of this overkill of fire power on the airstrip.<\/p>\n

The reality, of course, is that planes usually crash somewhere else, not right on an airstrip; indeed, if they should happen to crash on an airstrip, it is the easiest place from which to just clear the wreckage away!\u00a0 Then even in the unlikely event that locals were expected to storm the airfield, let\u2019s say, with a hacksaw to rip off a plane wheel (it does seem unlikely!), surely some single security guard with a pistol would have been MORE than enough protection.<\/p>\n

This was, to put it charitably, an inexplicable \u201coverkill.\u201d\u00a0 All we can think is that what if the assassination did NOT \u201cgo off without a hitch\u201d?\u00a0 Like the REAL Jonestown tractor-trailer was sitting out in the open at the same time that the DUPLICATED tractor-trailer emerged for the attack, so it was clear that it was NOT Peoples Temple who launched the attack?<\/p>\n

Or what if the assassins had to chase the Congressman around or into the plane, taking longer time, more face-to-face contact and were recognized as NOT being from Peoples Temple?<\/p>\n

Then the fingers would get pointed right back to the CIA, since their enmity against Congressman Ryan was well-known — not to Peoples Temple, no, but certainly in D.C.<\/p>\n

Thus unless letting people out with a story that it was NOT Peoples Temple who killed Leo Ryan was deemed an acceptable risk (I would doubt that), then more firepower might have indeed been \u201cneeded.\u201d\u00a0 But the assassins themselves could not be armed with M-16s, just ordinary rifles, because they were supposed to \u201cbe Peoples Temple\u201d and Peoples Temple had no M-16s.<\/p>\n

Hence the quite peculiar overkill of four soldiers with M-16s right on site when the Congressman was ready to depart.\u00a0 Seeming there for one purpose; likely there for another.\u00a0 Back-up.\u00a0 Turned out to not be \u201cneeded,\u201d but there on hand.<\/p>\n

Why \u201cEYEwitness\u201d Contains an \u201cEYE\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

One last word about eyewitness identifications:\u00a0 There were a lot<\/em><\/strong> of people on this scene — defectors and newsmen both.\u00a0 Over twenty people survived.\u00a0 So it has to be puzzling to readers to claim that NONE of them were viable as eyewitnesses.<\/p>\n

Well, the section \u201cEyewitness Identifications?:\u00a0 The FBI Report Versus the On-Site NBC Film Footage\u201d <\/strong>reveals not just that there were no viable eyewitness identifications, but that the FBI report is a hodge-podge mess.\u00a0 Nowhere does it even conclude who committed the killings!\u00a0 Just a list of twelve possible assassins!<\/p>\n

The Reiterman Schematic in conjunction with the NBC film footage goes on to detail WHY there were no viable eyewitnesses.\u00a0 Namely, a triangle of cross-airfield locations, also featuring a duplicate vehicle with concealed occupants, and with multiple blocked lines of vision! <\/strong><\/p>\n

But even as a practical evidentiary matter, ONLY ONE, namely Jim Cobb, so much as claimed to see specific Temple men in the act of killing.\u00a0 (Like that he had allegedly \u201cobserved\u201d Tom Kice killing reporter Don Harris.)<\/p>\n

Oh, there were scattered, \u201cThis one was shooting and that one was shooting\u201d but we have no idea from their testimony whether they even personally saw it!\u00a0 Most are NOT prefaced with \u201cI saw\u2026.\u201d\u00a0 Legally, that\u2019s the equivalent of hearsay, not eyewitness testimony.\u00a0 And no wonder! — how do you \u201ceyewitness-identify\u201c when you have no line of vision?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Please reader, understand that the task of an eyewitness is to identify killers.\u00a0 For that purpose, an eyewitness is not<\/span><\/strong> made just by being there.\u00a0 Not with ANY crime.\u00a0 It\u2019s not even made by being a victim, such as being shot.<\/p>\n

Let\u2019s say someone is shot in the back.\u00a0 They are a victim, yes.\u00a0 But they are not an eyewitness<\/em><\/strong> because they did not see the gunman.\u00a0 Or for that matter, if shots rang out and the victim then fell, fled or was hiding under a plane seat.\u00a0 Much less if they were in a location with no line of vision when the shots rang out<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

An eyewitness is someone who witnesses a crime directly and sees who did it.<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0 That is ALL that qualifies as an eyewitness.\u00a0 Wanting it to have been some particular culprit, having heard a rumor about it, having seen someone before or after, having seen someone anywhere but at the staging area of the crime at the time the crime was committed — NONE<\/strong> of that qualifies for being an eyewitness.<\/p>\n

Such alleged \u201ceyewitnesses\u201d are dismissed in a court of law.\u00a0 If the prosecution does not do it themselves prior to trial, the defense attorney does it for them in cross-examination.<\/p>\n

No one is, ever has been, or ever will be credited as \u201can eyewitness\u201d unless they a) had a line of vision; and b) were looking at the killers at the time of the killing.<\/p>\n

Which leaves only ONE claimed eyewitness:\u00a0 One Jim Cobb, whose testimony is deemed not credible (see panels [7]<\/a> <\/strong>& [8]<\/a><\/strong>.)<\/p>\n

And That\u2019s \u201cIt\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

We now conclude that the combination of the NBC film footage and Tim Reiterman\u2019s schematic proves that there was an additional tractor-trailer on the airfield; and that it was not the REAL Jonestown vehicle, but rather a DUPLICATE that carried the team who committed the attack.<\/p>\n

Moreover, no one credibly identified any Temple men in the killings.\u00a0 So it was obviously SOMEONE ELSE — in fact, SIX \u201csomeone elses.\u201d\u00a0 In a NON-Temple vehicle.\u00a0 (See, \u201cDURING\u201d\u00a0 Tracking the Footwork.\u201d<\/strong>)<\/p>\n

With the only outside party who wanted both<\/span><\/em><\/strong> Congressman Leo Ryan and Rev. Jim Jones dead being the C.I.A., as detailed in \u201cBEFORE:\u00a0 Preplanning the Frame.\u201d <\/strong><\/p>\n

This is not \u201ca leap,\u201d folks.\u00a0 It\u2019s just an UN<\/span><\/em><\/strong>-investigated crime scene with wrongly-accused culprits; and with the guilty parties never brought to justice.\u00a0 That\u2019s truly all.\u00a0 That\u2019s \u201cit.\u201d<\/p>\n

Mapping the Blocked Lines of Vision (Panels [3]<\/a> to [9]<\/a>)<\/strong><\/p>\n

Next:\u00a0 Completing the Trajectory of the Attack Vehicle.\u00a0 <\/strong>The attack vehicle was pointed UP-RUNWAY at the staging point for the attack.\u00a0 Following the attack, it sped off out of the sight of ANYONE!<\/p>\n

[5]<\/a>:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 G:\u00a0 The Temple Defectors.\u00a0 Could THEY<\/em> See the Duplicate Tractor-Trailer Used in the Attack?\u00a0 Much Less See the Attack Itself?:<\/strong>\u00a0 This set of defectors had already boarded the smaller Cessna plane down-runway.\u00a0 That included Vern Gosney, Monica Bagby, the Bogue clan, Dale Parks, and Larry Layton, the lone shooter charged in the killings.\u00a0 (He did not kill, but did wound people.)\u00a0 As Reiterman indicated, this plane was \u201cloaded and ready to taxi.\u201d<\/p>\n

Anyone on that plane might well have seen the real Jonestown tractor-trailer parked under the left wing, but were unlikely to have seen the attack vehicle or to have even suspected that there was a SECOND<\/strong> tractor-trailer.\u00a0 If they had, they might have i,d.\u2018ed the tractor driver<\/em><\/strong> as the dark-skinned black man revealed by NBC, not white, blond Stan Gieg, the only man cited as such and repeatedly.<\/p>\n

These eyewitnesses were key for convicting Larry Layton of his shootings within their own plane, but would have been scratched from the list for the main attack at the Guyana Airways plane.\u00a0 One freeze-frame from NBC (such as panel [5]<\/strong> right — the front gunman black, not white) sufficient to disqualify.<\/p>\n

[6]<\/a>:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 H:\u00a0 The Temple Men:\u00a0 What Did They SEE?<\/em>\u00a0 What Did They Simply PRESUME?:<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0 Reportedly, three Temple men had disembarked from the truck parked across the runway and were proceeding on foot.\u00a0 (Tom Kice, Bob Kice, Joe Wilson the most likely for those.)\u00a0 No one noted them as armed; in fact reporter Charles Krause said explicitly that, \u201cThey did not appear to be armed.\u201d<\/p>\n

When the attack vehicle passed them on its approach to their left, they could only see the BACK of that vehicle and none of the attackers:\u00a0 BLOCKED LINE OF VISION TO THE ATTACKERS.<\/strong><\/p>\n

They also had a BLOCKED LINE OF VISION TO THE REAL JONESTOWN TRACTOR-TRAILER<\/strong>.\u00a0 It was across the runway, not the direction they were heading, and in any case, on the hidden side of the plane.<\/p>\n

They could also only see PART of the trajectory to the attack point.\u00a0 INCOMPLETE LINE OF VISION TO THE STAGING AREA OF THE ATTACK.<\/strong>\u00a0 Once the attack vehicle curved around to the front of the plane, the plane\u2019s body blocked their view.\u00a0 Even had the men from the truck caught up to the attack point (most unlikely in 6 seconds!) the killers would have been at no better than a right angle (= 45 degrees for around the bend; another 45 degrees for the steep diagonal from which the attackers charged forwards.\u00a0 (See<\/em> \u201cDURING:\u00a0 Tracking the Footwork.\u201d<\/strong>)<\/p>\n

But even that is moot.\u00a0 Had they been that close, they would have discounted the seven-foot-tall lead assassin, head-to-toe in solid green military camouflage, as being anyone from Peoples Temple at all!!<\/p>\n

[7]<\/a>:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Where Were the Victims In Relation to the Plane and Who Was Able to Eyewitness the Killings?:<\/strong>\u00a0 In answer to the second question, technically anyone who saw any gunman advancing to his face would have been able to eyewitness the killings (even if, as for the reporters, not identify Temple men by name):<\/p>\n

NBC cameraman Bob Brown.\u00a0 He was slain on site but his camera <\/em><\/strong>recorded the assassins on film.<\/p>\n

There is ONLY ONE MENTION ANYWHERE of a survivor having eyewitnessed any gunman face-to-face, but it is of \u201can unknown individual.\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0 (Likely a reporter\u2019s account; but even worse if a defector\u2019s, since it would clinch the unrecognizability of the shooters!)<\/p>\n

In answer to the first question, the NBC film footage (including The Reiterman Schematic proper, just not the inset diagram where the bodies are dyslexically transposed) reveals that the attack happened and the bodies were felled on the LEFT side of the plane.\u00a0 Hence anyone eyewitnessing the killings would have had to do so from the LEFT side.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Except that the only Temple defector who claimed that he saw any specific person killing another specific person with his own eyes, did not claim to have done so when the gunmen first attacked!\u00a0\u00a0 Rather, he FIRST fled into the bush on the RIGHT side of the plane,<\/strong> then looked back and claimed an i.d. that that would have required x-ray vision through the body of the plane!<\/p>\n

[8]<\/a>:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 F:\u00a0 Government Eyewitness Jim Cobb.\u00a0 Could He See Through The Body of a Plane?:<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0 There is not any question that the \u201cgovernment eyewitness\u201d was Jim Cobb.\u00a0 The Congressional committee told me that directly and the names given in the original news report match up with the FBI report as well.\u00a0 The FBI report gives personal backgrounds as well and clearly it is the personal history of Cobb.<\/p>\n

As mapped out graphically at [8], Cobb\u2019s testimony (as quoted from the FBI report) has no credibility.\u00a0 He would have had to see through the body of the plane!<\/p>\n

Note with this panel:\u00a0 It was not just the seven-foot tall lead assassin dressed like a walking rain forest, a description offered by NO ONE<\/strong> in the FBI report!\u00a0 It\u2019s also the excessively short right flank assassin who matches none of the white accuseds, especially either Tom or Bob Kice.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s also, for that matter, the left flank assassin as well:\u00a0 He took a long running leap off the back of the trailer, during which his curvature of the spine <\/strong>is trackable freeze-frame by freeze-frame.\u00a0 (See,<\/em> \u201cDURING:\u00a0 Tracking the Footwork.\u201d)\u00a0 Like a curly-cue moving across the screen.<\/p>\n

Except that BOTH Kices (since this assassin was also white) had pre-existing injuries making it impossible for them to hunch over:\u00a0 With Bob Kice, it was his neck, fixing his body into an unnaturally erect posture visible in the photo printed of him at panel [6]<\/a><\/strong>.\u00a0 With Tom Kice, he had had back surgery and had to maintain a rigidly-erect posture to avoid pain.\u00a0 He could not have hunched over even if he had wanted to.<\/p>\n

The other visible gunman, of course, was the one in front of the tractor, tracked in \u201cDURING:\u00a0 Tracking the Footwork.\u201d\u00a0 Except that anyone who claimed to i.d. the driver of the tractor said that it was blond, white, fair-skinned Stanley Gieg.<\/strong>\u00a0 Well, not this gunman!\u00a0\u00a0 He was a dark-skinned black man, <\/strong>as also shown at panel [6]<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Yet EIGHT<\/strong> \u201ceyewitnesses\u201d said that that man was Stanley and NO ONE<\/strong> said that they saw a black man driving the tractor at all!<\/p>\n

By now it is clear that there was NO<\/strong> viability in the alleged eyewitness identifications.\u00a0\u00a0 To be fair to the eyewitnesses (who were of course traumatized at the time), they were apparently not questioned beyond \u201cWho did you see [on the airstrip, whoever, at any time]?\u201d\u00a0 It is just that that did NOT<\/strong> \u201can eyewitness report\u201d make.\u00a0 All it did (however unbeknownst to the attestants) was to aid in a cover-up.<\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u201cCONCLUSIONS:\u00a0 A)\u00a0 There were NO viable eyewitness identifications; and B)\u00a0 \u2018Peoples Temple Killers\u2019 are positively DIS<\/span><\/em>-counted.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n
