IDENTIFICATIONS?: THE FBI REPORT VERSUS THE ON-SITE NBC FILM FOOTAGE"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"text-align: justify;\">This section examines the alleged eyewitness identifications of the Port Kaituma assassins using the NBC film footage, the FBI eyewitness reports and other authenticated documents.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\";text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.0pt;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\";text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.0pt;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Note that this is a process that has not only never before been done, but is full of surprises and shocks.\u00a0 As will be verified in this section:<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\";text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.0pt;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\";text-align: justify;\"><b><span style=\"font-size: 14.0pt;\">This Was Never Handled Like a \u201cReal\u201d Investigation<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\";text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.0pt;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\";text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.0pt;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The FBI had the NBC film footage of the assassination, yet never showed it to survivors &#8212; the first mandate of any \u201creal\u201d investigation.\u00a0 Instead, they suppressed the film and recorded a hodge-podge of \u201cI saw this one, I saw that one\u2026,\u201d implicating four times as many men (namely, twelve) as actually did the shooting (namely, three.)\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\";text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.0pt;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\";text-align: justify;\"><b><span style=\"font-size: 13.0pt;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 All they had to do and should have done unfailingly, was to show the NBC footage to the survivors of the airstrip massacre with, \u201cDo you recognize these men?\u201d\u00a0 That was never done.<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\";text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.0pt;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\";text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.0pt;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Nor did the FBI (or anyone else) ever plot out the logistics of the crime scene (again, as with a \u201creal\u201d investigation) to determine who saw who, what, when, from what angle or to clarify their wildly conflicting tales.\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\";text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.0pt;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\";text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.0pt;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 But wasn\u2019t there some kind of a hearing?\u00a0 Wasn\u2019t anyone publicly questioned?\u00a0 No, there was never a hearing nor were eyewitnesses ever questioned.\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\";text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.0pt;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\";text-align: justify;\"><b><span style=\"font-size: 14.0pt;\">Weren\u2019t There Too Many Eyewitnesses to Discount?\u00a0 And Didn\u2019t They All Agree on What They Saw?<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\";text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.0pt;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\";text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.0pt;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 But aren\u2019t we talking about <i>discounting too many eyewitnesses?<\/i>\u00a0 Not at all.\u00a0 No one but the defectors could identify men from Jonestown at all.\u00a0 Most had already boarded when the shooting broke out and those still on the ground either fell or fled.\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\";text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.0pt;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\";text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.0pt;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Even those on the ground, by the survivors\u2019 own account, <i>neither heard nor saw their attackers approaching.<\/i>\u00a0 And that\u2019s confirmed on the film footage.\u00a0 You hear the plane\u2019s engines, easily blocking out the sound of an approach; you see their backs turned to the staging point of the attack.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\";text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.0pt;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\";text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.0pt;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 To boot, again as verified by the NBC footage, the real Jonestown vehicle (i.e., <b><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">not<\/span><\/b> the attack vehicle; <i>see<\/i> \u201cThe Vehicle Used in the Attack\u201c), was just a stone\u2019s throw away.\u00a0 So the departing passengers yes, saw the real Jonestown tractor-trailer &#8212; in fact were filmed right in front of it minutes <i>prior to<\/i> the attack.\u00a0 They also saw it <i>after<\/i> the attack.\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\";text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.0pt;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\";text-align: justify;\"><b><span style=\"font-size: 13.0pt;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 What a huge shock that no one was identified <i>during<\/i> the attack!!\u00a0 They were, you say?\u00a0 No, the primary evidence, the NBC film footage, confirms that they <i>weren\u2019t<\/i>.\u00a0 <\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\";text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.0pt;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\";text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.0pt;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Quite a charge.\u00a0 How can we <i>know<\/i> that?\u00a0 Because even with confusion, mistaken identity, key details missing and the like, don\u2019t you also have to prove that it was <b><i>someone else?<\/i><\/b>\u00a0 Maybe you just haven\u2019t picked <i>the right<\/i> <i>three<\/i> out of the twelve from Jonestown to nail as \u201cthe assassins.\u201d\u00a0 Maybe it was <i>a different three<\/i>.\u00a0 But that would still be \u201cThey did it!,\u201d wouldn\u2019t it?<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\";text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.0pt;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\";text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.0pt;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 No, it was in fact \u201csomeone else,\u201d and the NBC film footage is still the primary eyewitness.\u00a0 But let\u2019s first clarify <i>how<\/i> \u201cconfused, mistaken, and missing details\u201d were the accounts:<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\";text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.0pt;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\";text-align: justify;\"><b><span style=\"font-size: 14.0pt;\">They All Saw Something Different?\u00a0 How Could That Be?<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\";text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.0pt;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\";text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.0pt;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 To begin with, there were <i>just two<\/i> accounts of anyone specific shooting anyone else specific &#8212; one fingering \u201can unknown individual\u201d (not too helpful) on page 381 of the FBI report; the other claiming to have FIRST fled fifty yards and THEN \u201clooked back and observed\u2026at point blank range\u201d (not too believable) on page 61 of the FBI report.\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\";text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.0pt;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\";text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.0pt;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 In that sense, there were <b><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">no<\/span><\/b> viable eyewitness identifications. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\";text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.0pt;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\";text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.0pt;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The rest is a hodge-podge of \u201cI saw this one, I saw that one.\u201d\u00a0 No agreement on the shooters, no agreement on the vehicle, no agreement on how they disembarked.\u00a0 <b><i>So how would they even know if it was the real Jonestown vehicle?\u00a0 They wouldn\u2019t.\u00a0 <\/i><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\";text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.0pt;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\";text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.0pt;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Indeed, one of the newsmen (<i>see<\/i> <a href=\"http:\/\/jonestown.sdsu.edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/10\/eyewitnessFBI_14.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">panel 14<\/a> ) tried to tell the FBI that there was <i>another vehicle,<\/i> an <i>unidentified<\/i> tractor-trailer \u201cwith canvas over the top,\u201d carrying strangers <b>(= \u201csomeone else\u201d)<\/b> who inquired which plane were the Peoples Temple people on?\u00a0 His account was buried and ignored.\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\";text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.0pt;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\";text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.0pt;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 So it is already clear that it <i>could have been<\/i> \u201csomeone else.\u201d\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\";text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.0pt;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\";text-align: justify;\"><b><span style=\"font-size: 14.0pt;\">How Could So Many People Have Gotten It Wrong?<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\";text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.0pt;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\";text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.0pt;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 But first, how could all the eyewitnesses have gotten it wrong?\u00a0 Not so difficult to explain.\u00a0 This was a tiny airstrip with no known outsiders.\u00a0 The defectors knew everyone from Jonestown.\u00a0 They knew the vehicles, they knew the men.\u00a0 They <i>looked<\/i> and they saw them parked at rest (as did the NBC camera!) under the wing flap of the smaller plane.\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\";text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.0pt;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\";text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.0pt;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Then they were boarding.\u00a0 Then came the sudden, swift, brutal, fleeting attack.\u00a0 Maybe like someone comes up from behind and hits you with a lead pipe, then two minutes later you come to and look around.\u00a0 Who do you see?\u00a0 <i>You look again and you see the same men you saw before!\u00a0 <\/i><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\";text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.0pt;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\";text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.0pt;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 So what were they doing during those two minutes <b><i>rather than<\/i> <i>looking<\/i><\/b> their attackers in the face?\u00a0 Wouldn\u2019t that be the key question for every so-called \u201ceyewitness\u201d?:\u00a0 \u201cDid you see anyone <b><i>during the attack? <\/i><\/b>\u00a0If you didn\u2019t, what were you doing instead?\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\";text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.0pt;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\";text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.0pt;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Well, it is clear from the FBI report \u201cwhat they were doing instead\u201d:\u00a0 They were falling to the ground, they were fleeing, they were hiding under plane seats and the like.\u00a0 This was an open airfield.\u00a0 There was no one hiding around some corner <i>looking<\/i>.\u00a0 There wasn\u2019t even someone hiding behind a plane wheel <i>looking<\/i> &#8212; the wheels were shot out.\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\";text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.0pt;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\";text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.0pt;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The only one who even claimed he was <i>looking<\/i> at a gunman in the act was a reporter (not a defector) lying on the ground, looking at he said, \u201can unknown individual.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\";text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.0pt;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\";text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.0pt;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 So you <i>look,<\/i> then you\u2019re assaulted with two minutes of violence, then you <i>look again<\/i>.\u00a0 And the mind \u201csews the whole thing up.\u201d\u00a0 Did you know that <b><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">six<\/span><\/b> defector \u201ceyewitnesses\u201d <i>swore<\/i> that Stanley Gieg, a young, blond, fair-skinned white man was driving the attack vehicle, because they saw him <i>before<\/i> the attack and possibly <i>after?<\/i>\u00a0 But what about <i>during?<\/i>\u00a0 The NBC film footage reveals only a dark-skinned black man up front.\u00a0 <i>In plain sight. <\/i>\u00a0Not fair-skinned white.\u00a0 Dark-skinned black.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\";text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.0pt;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\";text-align: justify;\"><b><span style=\"font-size: 14.0pt;\">How Do We Know that the Assassins Were <i><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">NOT<\/span><\/i> From Jonestown At All?<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\";text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.0pt;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\";text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.0pt;\">O.k.\u00a0 So the eyewitness reports were confused, mistaken, missing details, etc.\u00a0 Traumatized people, did the best they could, no blame.\u00a0 But there\u2019s <i>no legal value<\/i> in their accounts, moreover they <i>lack believability<\/i>.\u00a0 The accounts cancel each other out, they are so conflicting.\u00a0 (<a href=\"http:\/\/jonestown.sdsu.edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/10\/eyewitnessFBI_13.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">Panel 13<\/a> samples the mix-and-match disgrace that got labeled \u201can investigation.\u201d) <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\";text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.0pt;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\";text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.0pt;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 But still, how can we know that the assassins were <b>not from Jonestown at all?<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\";text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.0pt;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\";text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.0pt;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Well, we know that from the primary eyewitness, the NBC film footage.\u00a0 It\u2019s old, it\u2019s worn, it\u2019s lopped off after several seconds, the faces aren\u2019t close up. <b>\u00a0It might not have decided the matter.\u00a0 But it does.\u00a0 <\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\";text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.0pt;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\";text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.0pt;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 In many respects.\u00a0 Not the Jonestown vehicle, not Jonestown men, too practiced and professional to be <i>ad hoc<\/i> vigilante bumblers.\u00a0 All that will be addressed in various parts of the \u201cIn Plain Sight\u201c project.\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\";text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.0pt;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\";text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.0pt;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 But let\u2019s go right to <b>why the assassins could not have been from Jonestown:<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\";text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.0pt;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\";text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.0pt;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The disembarkation was into a <i>triangle<\/i> formation.\u00a0 (That will be traced out frame by frame in \u201cLogistics:\u00a0 Military Execution.\u201d)\u00a0 Properly it\u2019s called a \u201csquad diamond,\u201d but all we need to note here is that the lead assassin charges out first with soldiers behind him on his right and left flanks, respectively.\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\";text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.0pt;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\";text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.0pt;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Every \u201cdramatic reconstruction\u201d ever done, except for showing the NBC film footage itself, has been fiction.\u00a0 There was no standing up and shooting.\u00a0 There was no chaos of shooters tumbling off the trailer.\u00a0 There were no shooters in a line.\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\";text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.0pt;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\";text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.0pt;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 No.\u00a0 There was a fiercely kinetic, aggressive, professionally-trained lead assassin charging forward with two soldiers on his flanks.\u00a0 But it\u2019s way more.\u00a0 <b>That lead assassin (photographed <i>in plain sight!!<\/i>) was about seven feet tall and dressed in solid green military camouflage including long sleeves in the tropics!!\u00a0\u00a0 Yet no one (I repeat:\u00a0 <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">no one<\/span>) seemed to have even noticed only <i>looking right at him.<\/i>\u00a0 He was the one no one could miss, yet they <b>all<\/b> missed him!\u00a0 No one mentioned anyone near that tall.\u00a0 No one mentioned anyone in military dress at all.\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\";text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.0pt;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\";text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.0pt;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 But it\u2019s worse.\u00a0 Enough to make the whole FBI eyewitness report cascade down like a house of cards?\u00a0 Easily.\u00a0 <b><i>Because no one at Jonestown was that tall, period.<\/i><\/b>\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\";text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.0pt;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\";text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.0pt;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 What am I saying?\u00a0 That the lead assassin was not only <i>not<\/i> on the list of the twelve accused, but <b>could not have been from Jonestown at all?\u00a0 <\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\";text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.0pt;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\";text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.0pt;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Well, how do you know someone\u2019s height from looking at a film?\u00a0 You don\u2019t.\u00a0 But if someone is standing right next to him, then you can gauge height <i>proportionally<\/i>.\u00a0 And proportionally (as detailed in <a href=\"http:\/\/jonestown.sdsu.edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/10\/eyewitnessFBI_11.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">panel 11<\/a> ), there had to have been <b>a minimum of 18 inches <i>height discrepancy<\/i> <\/b>between the lead assassin and the soldier on his right flank.\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\";text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.0pt;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\";text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.0pt;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The short guy would have to have been five feet, zero inches even (no grown man, much less anyone on the list of the accused) for the lead assassin to even be as \u201cshort\u201d as 6\u20195\u201d.\u00a0 And 6\u20195\u201d was <i>maximum<\/i> height at Jonestown.\u00a0 In fact, the only two that tall were Stephan Jones, in Georgetown with the whole not-even-as-tall basketball team at the time of the tragedy; and Jim McElvane, photographed seeing passengers off minutes earlier in civilian clothing and never implicated in the attack.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\";text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.0pt;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\";text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.0pt;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Even 6\u20195\u201d is a no-probability baseline.\u00a0 If any of the white accused (the short man was visibly white) were even as short as 5\u20193\u201d (they weren\u2019t), then \u201cthe giant\u201d was 6\u20199\u201d.\u00a0 And so on proportionally.\u00a0 Moreover, the assassins that most were \u201csure of\u201d (<i>see<\/i> \u201cEyewitness Identifications?:\u00a0 The View from Jonestown), were all more in the range of six feet.\u00a0 There is no accounting for the <b><i>height discrepancy <\/i><\/b>between shooters.\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\";text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.0pt;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\";text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.0pt;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The lead assassin wasn\u2019t from Jonestown.\u00a0 None of these men were.\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\";text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.0pt;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\";text-align: justify;\"><b><span style=\"font-size: 14.0pt;\">Didn\u2019t the FBI At Least Use the \u201cCongressional Assassination Statute\u201d to Figure Out Who Killed the Congressman?<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\";text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.0pt;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\";text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.0pt;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 So who killed the Congressman?\u00a0 Don\u2019t expect to find out from the FBI report.\u00a0 It says he was hit, it says he went down, but <b><i>\u201cwho did it\u201d is not even addressed.<\/i><\/b>\u00a0Apparently \u201cit must have been someone from Jonestown,\u201d but you would never know who.\u00a0 You have twelve accused, take your pick.\u00a0 They\u2019re all dead anyway.\u00a0 \u201cIt must have been them\u201d will have to do.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\";text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.0pt;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\";text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.0pt;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 But then again, from the looks of the film footage, it was the seven-foot-tall \u201cterminator\u201d rather than <i>anyone<\/i> on the list of the accused, who was leading the charge; <b>so wouldn\u2019t that mean that \u201cit <i>wasn\u2019t<\/i> anyone from Jonestown\u201d?\u00a0 <\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\";text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.0pt;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\";text-align: justify;\"><b><span style=\"font-size: 14.0pt;\">A Synopsis of the Findings<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\";text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.0pt;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" suitcase in one hand, duffel bag in the other) is first shown first leaving the area of the smaller plane and then shown approaching the larger plane.\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\";text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.0pt;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Note that in the bottom photo, O\u2019Neal is not moving in the direction he is facing &#8212; he is looking backwards, as confirmed by the complete patch of footage.\u00a0 He and Brenda Parks next to him look back, perhaps to see who is still coming, then move on 13.0pt;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Then Chris O\u2019Neal would be passing by the cameraman\u2019s right on his way to the larger plane to board;\u00a0 <i>turn to his right 180 degrees <\/i>(i.e. the opposite direction) to film what would have been O\u2019Neal\u2019s back moving towards the larger plane.\u00a0 This shot was chosen, however, as O\u2019Neal had momentarily turned back making visible the insignia on the front of his shirt as a proof-positive identification.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\";text-align: justify;\"><b><span style=\"font-size: 13.0pt;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 It will be helpful for the reader to review panel 3 when approaching picture panel 7, showing the physical logistics of the crime scene.\u00a0 You will then see that \u201cstone\u2019s throw away\u201d is the few seconds elapsing between the top and the bottom photo; and <i>the diagonal between POINT A and POINT C <\/i>is the trajectory traced by the cameraman in these two respective photos.<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\";text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.0pt;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\";text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: Verifications from both the on-site footage and eyewitnesses that they neither saw nor heard the attack vehicle approach.\u00a0 Note that the departing passengers had their backs to the staging point for the attack.\u00a0 Note also that the footage itself features the loud noise of the engines revving up, confirming the eyewitness report of sound being blocked out.\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\";text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.0pt;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\";text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.0pt;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <a href=\"http:\/\/jonestown.sdsu.edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/10\/eyewitnessFBI_5.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">5.<\/a>\u00a0 Quotes suggesting that alleged eyewitness identifications of the assassins were based upon the <i>earlier <\/i>sighting of the real Jonestown vehicle, where it and its occupants were viewed out in the open.\u00a0 One eyewitness specifies that <i>by contrast,<\/i> the occupants of the vehicle used in the attack had been \u201chid\u201d prior to the shooting, suggesting two different vehicles. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\";text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.0pt;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Identification of \u201cStanley Gieg as the driver of the [Jonestown] tractor that brought seven men &#8211;including at least three gunmen&#8211; into the vicinity of the plane.\u201d\u00a0 <i>This is a key to X-ing out the so-called \u201ceyewitness identifications.\u201d\u00a0 The NBC footage shows no white blond Stanley Gieg at all but rather a dark-skinned black man.\u00a0 If it was Gieg who allegedly drove seven assassins to the staging point of the attack, and it\u2019s clearly <b><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">not<\/span><\/b> Gieg but \u201csomeone else,\u201d than what about the other seven (or however many) others?<\/i><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\";text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.0pt;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Note also that the lengthy FBI eyewitness report never questions this allegedly hard-and-fast finding.\u00a0 (Panel 14 examines the one eyewitness who saw <i>a different vehicle<\/i> but that eyewitness was ignored.) <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\";text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: advancing assassins.\u00a0 Where the victims were at the time, backs turned or already on the plane; falling, fleeing, hiding, the direction in which they fled; the direction the vehicle came from and fled to; the proximity of the real Jonestown tractor to the would-be-departing plane.\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\";text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.0pt;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Remember that we have not yet viewed photos of the assassins directly.\u00a0 We are still laying the groundwork for how href=\"http:\/\/jonestown.sdsu.edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/10\/eyewitnessFBI_11.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">11.<\/a>\u00a0 Lead assassin, referred to as \u201cThe Not-So-Jolly Green Giant,\u201d a huge military brute dressed in solid green military camouflage khakis including long sleeves in the tropics, was never noticed, identified, nor was it remotely possible that he was from Jonestown.\u00a0 This assassin was \u201cimpossible to miss,\u201d yet he was missed by <i>everyone!<\/i>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\";text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.0pt;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/jonestown.sdsu.edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/10\/eyewitnessFBI_12.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">12.<\/a>\u00a0 Names of accused assassins eliminated by the evidence applied to the FBI\u2019s list of the accused, leaving no one.\u00a0 The black shooters were already eliminated.\u00a0 The only two white shooters \u201cpositively identified\u201d as alleged seen shooting specific individuals (Tom Kice and Bob Kice) were both fairly tall, both had ram-rod erect posture; whereas one of the assassins shows curvature of the spine; another was unusually short; a third abnormally tall.\u00a0 No match.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\";text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.0pt;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\";text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.0pt;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <a href=\"http:\/\/jonestown.sdsu.edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/10\/eyewitnessFBI_13.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">13.<\/a>\u00a0 Examples of alleged eyewitness identifications ruled out by factors covered thus far.\u00a0 The reader is welcome to peruse the 417-page FBI report for anything better.\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\";text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.0pt;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Note especially center page, testimony of Jim Cobb, p. 61:\u00a0 \u201cTom Kice, Bob Kice, Joe Wilson and Albert Touchette shooting the victims in the head <i>at point blank range\u2026\u201d\u00a0 <\/i>This was the <b>only<\/b> (I repeat, <b>only<\/b>) eyewitness in the entire FBI report who claimed to see any specific shooter fire at any specific victim.\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\";text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.0pt;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <b>Moreover, his claim isn\u2019t of <i>him<\/i> being at \u201cpoint blank range\u201d at all!\u00a0 <\/b>It\u2019s that he [allegedly] saw <i>that<\/i> a shooting was happening at \u201cpoint blank range\u201d <i>from a distance of<\/i> <i>\u201cfifty yards away\u201c!! <\/i>\u00a0In other words, he claimed that FIRST he fled fifty yards away, THEN he \u201clooked back and observed\u201d that <i>the shooter<\/i> was at \u201cpoint blank range\u201d from <i>the victim<\/i>.\u00a0 He himself was fifty yards away and could see <b><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">no one\u2019s<\/span><\/b> face!\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\";text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.0pt;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 It is unlikely enough that any shooting could be spotted (i.e., shooter, victim, seeing shot fired) at a distance of fifty yards, especially when the victim was already wounded on the ground; all the less so, identification of a shooter\u2019s face.\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\";text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.0pt;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Also note that Cobb speaks for himself on a \u201cBiography\u201d special saying that he neither saw nor heard the attack vehicle approaching; yet he told the FBI that he \u201cspotted Peoples Temple hitmen at a distance.\u201d\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\";text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.0pt;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Was this just a classic case of \u201cWe need to put names on the shooters.\u00a0 Sign on the dotted line.\u201d?\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\";text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.0pt;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\";text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.0pt;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <a href=\"http:\/\/jonestown.sdsu.edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/10\/eyewitnessFBI_14.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">14.<\/a>\u00a0 The ignored eyewitness, in context probably a reporter:\u00a0 He saw a <i>different<\/i> tractor-trailer, one \u201cwith canvas over the top\u201d and transporting strangers who did not even know who the Peoples Temple people <i>were.<\/i>\u00a0 Certainly not the uncovered, wide-open Jonestown vehicle parked under the wing flap of the smaller plane on the edge of the airstrip.\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\";text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.0pt;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 No one ever questioned this eyewitness further.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.0pt;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\";text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.0pt;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <a \u2018fifty yards away\u2019] he look back and observed [i.e., from a distance of fifty yards] Tom Kice [Peoples Temple] shot Don Harris [a newsman already wounded on the ground] in the head at point blank range\u2026\u201d\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\";text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.0pt;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Note that a) Cobb is claiming a physically impossible (due to distance) \u201ceyewitness identification\u201d; b) he had no line of vision to identify anyone on the ground; and c) Tom Kice has been ruled out visually using the NBC film footage:\u00a0 he would have to have been black (no), excessively short (no), excessively tall (no) or have had curvature of the spine (no).\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\";text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.0pt;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0
