Peeled<\/p>\n<p>thighs from vinyl for fast<br \/>\naction recaps of every shot,<br \/>\nsteal, block, and breakaway<\/p>\n<p>while coaches dozed like death<br \/>\nbut didn\u2019t let up the next day<br \/>\nexcept lunch: chicken, rice,<\/p>\n<p>an orange apiece for each<br \/>\nhero, hotshot, and every play<br \/>\nto make it to the big time.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Bucket Brigade, 6 March 1978<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">The aluminum passes<br \/>\nhand to hand along a<br \/>\nrow. Automata wrap-<br \/>\nped in rinds thin over<br \/>\nbiceps, rheumatic will<br \/>\n&amp; digits. Equatorial sun<br \/>\nextracts salt &amp; feeds the<br \/>\nbodies\u2019 water to plants<br \/>\nlike milk\u2019s command to<br \/>\nmaturity: boiled fried or<br \/>\nmashed mound a victory<br \/>\non each night\u2019s plate.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\"><strong>Harvesting Taro, 31 March 1978<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\">Our hands dodge friendly mischievous<br \/>\nmonkeys &amp; mosquitoes to coax poison<br \/>\nto vaccine. Toxic when raw, itchy if un-<br \/>\ndercooked, brings malaria, dengue, and<br \/>\nyellow fever to yield. Your colorful cost-<br \/>\nume: sweet nutty flavor when boiled or<br \/>\nmashed or stewed.
