On December 5, 1978, Leslie Monique Wilson was interviewed at 23 Howard Street, Tindon Falls, New Jersey, telephone number (201) 747-5845 by a Special Agents (SAS) [names deleted]<\/span> of the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Wilson was interviewed concerning the Peoples Temple movement.<\/p>\n Wilson stated the following individuals were Jim Jones’ bodyguards and they were armed with rifles and shotguns:<\/p>\n 1. Johnny Cobb The following individuals were supporters of Jim Jones and the Peoples Temple in California:<\/p>\n DiMally [Mervyn Dymally] \u2013 Lieutenant Governor, California Wilson stated she had no knowledge as to whether Jim Jones had in his possession a nuclear device.<\/p>\n Wilson stated the following individuals were members of the basketball team:<\/p>\n 1. Steve [Stephan] Jones Wilson stated the basketball team traveled to Georgetown, Guyana, approximately two weeks prior to Congressman Ryan’s arrival in Jonestown. Wilson stated to her knowledge, the basketball team was in Georgetown during the suicides.<\/p>\n [Page 3 of serial; page 2 of FD-302]<\/p>\n Wilson furnished descriptions on the following individuals:<\/p>\n 1. Chris Newel [Newell] 2. Jim MacAbone \u2013 possible Jim McElvone [McElvane] 3. Herbert Newel [Newell] Chris O\u2019Neal Wilson stated she had no knowledge of where Jim Jones or Dr. Lawrence [Laurence] Eugene Schacht acquired the poison.<\/p>\n Wilson stated she was not aware of a Contingency Plan in the event of a mass suicide or death of Congressman Ryan.<\/p>\n Wilson stated she was not present during the mass suicide; therefore, she had no knowledge of who assisted Schacht during the suicides.<\/p>\n [Page 4 of serial; page 3 of FD-302]<\/p>\n Wilson stated Dr. Schacht was self-centered, sadist and had a schizophrenic personality. Dr. Schacht stayed stoned on drugs. Dr. Schacht went to Medical School in Mexico ended his internship at San Francisco County or City Hospital. Dr. Schacht’s girlfriend was Marilyn Pursley. Schacht had stayed with Pursley in Mexico while he attended medical school. Pursley\u2019s daughter, Joan Pursley, survived Jonestown and was in Georgetown.<\/p>\n Wilson stated that the Peoples Temple\u2019s house in Georgetown, Guyana, is located at 41 Lamaha Garden, Georgetown, Guyana. The house consisted of four upstairs and downstairs bedrooms and two bathrooms.<\/p>\n The house staff member[s] were rotated from Jonestown to Georgetown.<\/p>\n The individuals are listed below according to the position or positions which they worked in Georgetown.<\/p>\n House Coordinator<\/u><\/p>\n 1. Andra [Andrea] Walker These individuals would know where Jim Jones stored the Peoples Temple’s funds.<\/p>\n Radio Room<\/u> Medical Staff<\/u> Public Relations<\/u> Procurement<\/u> Purchases<\/u> [Page 5 of serial; page 4 of FD-302]<\/p>\n Mail Room<\/u><\/p>\n Georgetown<\/u> Jonestown<\/u> All mail entering or leaving Jonestown was censured by the mailroom staff. If mail arriving or leaving Jonestown contained information which Jones considered harmful to himself or the Peoples Temple, Jones had the information edited from the mail or the mail destroyed.<\/p>\n Wilson stated Peoples Temple members were treated by two dentists in Georgetown.<\/p>\n 1. Dr. Nggafook [Ng-A Fook] Wilson stated that she was in Georgetown, Guyana, approximately 14 months and could only recall five deaths.<\/p>\n 1. Vivian Anderson Wilson stated the following individuals were the attorneys for the Peoples Temple.<\/p>\n 1. Tim Stone [Stoen] Wilson stated Dianne Louie, Registered Nurse, was assigned by Jim Jones to accompany Dr. Federuskki, a Russian doctor, during his visit in Jonestown. Louie informed Wilson that Dr. Federuskki specialty was in reviving the dead.<\/p>\n [Page 6 of serial; page 5 of FD-302]<\/p>\n Wilson stated Dale Parks looked similar to Jim Jones. Jim Jones would have individuals dry [dye] their hair, wearing glasses and dress like Jones. Jones’ look-alikes would accompany Jones at speeches. Jones stated he needed look-alikes to confuse protenial [potential] assassins.<\/p>\n Wilson furnished a brief background of the following individuals:<\/p>\n Deborah Touchette \u2013 Black woman, 24 years old, possibly married to Mike Touchette in Guyana \u2013 4-5 years, secretary, coordinator \u2013 PR.<\/p>\n Claui [Claire] Janaro \u2013 Had retarded home in Ukiah, Redwood Valley \u2013 “Happy Acres” on PC commission.<\/p>\n Jim [Tim] Carter \u2013 Close to Jim Jones, escaped with half a million dollars, dedicated.<\/p>\n Mike Carter \u2013 Radio room operated, dedicated.<\/p>\n Mike Prokes \u2013 Close to Jim Jones.<\/p>\n Steven [Stephan] Jones \u2013 A hostile person to people \u2013 did what he wanted in Jonestown.<\/p>\n Cleve Swinny [Swinney] \u2013 Older man. Had health problems in PT for years.<\/p>\n Helen Swinny [Swinney] \u2013 Wife of Cleve Swinny. Mean. Racist.<\/p>\n Don Beck \u2013 White male, active, dedicated to Jim Jones.<\/p>\n Klingman Mike \u2013 Related to Marceline Jones. Had a wife and children in Jonestown. Active in PT.<\/p>\n Tim Clancey \u2013 Worked with Publications in San Francisco.<\/p>\n Leona Collier \u2013 Held meetings in San Francisco. Would know about Jim Jones’ drug habit and the basic operations in Guyana.<\/p>\n Sandy Bradshaw \u2013 Close advisor to Jim Jones. Visited Jonestown a couple of months ago and stayed for about one week.<\/p>\n June Cym [Crym] \u2013 Visited for about three days, stated San Francisco as secretary, finances etc.<\/p>\n Jim Randolph \u2013 Dedicated, active member and financial aide.<\/p>\n Joanne Davis \u2013 Not active when I left. Seemed to be slightly off.<\/p>\n Chris Kice \u2013 Active, working in San Francisco as nurse I think.<\/p>\n Ted Holliday \u2013 Security personnel in San Francisco Temple. Not too active, did what he wanted to do.<\/p>\n Doxie Swaney \u2013 Bus driver for Temple. Active on PC.<\/p>\n Laurie Effrin [Efrein] \u2013 Worked in San Francisco Temple.
