(WDC), was contacted and advised of the problem with INS lookout notices placed on surviving members of the People&#8217;s Temple (PT). Crosland felt there had to be a solution to the problem, and would determine what action should be taken.<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Sheehi, INS, WDC, later advised on January 22, 1979, that he was on vacation during the time the stops <\/p>\n<p>PAGE TWO DE WF 0035 UNCLAS <\/p>\n<p>were sent to INS and if they had not been marked special, the staff would not post these notices for up to six days in the lookout book. He normally handles all FBI stops as special.
