In view of the fact that previously submitted INS lookouts are not effective, WFO is requested to contact INS headquarters and furnish above list of remaining survivors and request a more expeditious notification of all U.S. port of entries to ensure immediate notification to FBI, arrival of surviving PT members.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Armed and dangerous.
