1. For both posts: Federal aviation advises that five sky marshals will be flying to Georgetown to escort Peoples Temple members back to U.S. Embassies are requested meet give intelligence briefings and make arrangements for storage of arms. Please note all five marshals are new and are not familiar with local procedures. They will be departing New York on PAA [Pan American Airlines] 22 January 15 and return to U.S. on PAA 228 on Dec. [Jan.] 16. PAA is making hotel reservations.<\/p>\n

2. For Port of Spain: Air marshal disembarking at Port of Spain is Leo Shepherd.<\/p>\n
