O. Ingram<\/p>\n<p>Subject: RYMUR<br \/>\n(Interagency Governmental Working Group on Guyana)<\/p>\n<p>The focus of the working group is now centered on three primary problems. They are:<\/p>\n<p>1. Funding \u2013 This problem concerns which Agency (DOD, State Department) will be responsible for the variety of costs incurred, as well as establishing statutory basis for the expenditures.<\/p>\n<p>2. The identification of the deceased and subsequent disposition of unclaimed bodies.<\/p>\n<p>3. Establishing the legal posture and framework for the US Government&#8217;s civil action against the People&#8217;s Temple to claim reimbursement in the US Government&#8217;s expenditures.<\/p>\n<p>The above areas do not require direct participation in this group by the FBI.
