On 11\/18\/78, at 8:30 PM, Special Agent [name deleted], Department of State, Washington, D. C., telephonically advised the writer that he had “flash” information from the American Embassy in the African country of Guyana that the above-captioned individual while boarding a small airplane along with approximately 8 to 10 other individuals or attacks by a truck-load of “whites.”<\/p>\n
[name deleted] stated that as of this time the information regarding Ryan’s demise was unsubstantiated.<\/p>\n
