Special military aircraft will  depart Panama 1330  hours Washington time today en route to Georgetown with emergency support team.<\/p>\n<p>2. On board will be DCM [Deputy Chief of Mission]\/Panama Victor Dikeos, Consular Officer Charles English, Administrative\/SY Officer Richard May, and Communicator Anthony  Montana.<\/p>\n<p>3. Aircraft will stop at Caracas in mid-afternoon and pick up Consular Officer Richard Martin, Administrative Officer Douglas Davidson and Communicator Robert Hall.<\/p>\n<p>4. We hope [to] have on board as well a four-man military<\/p>\n<p>UNCLASSIFIED<br \/>\nUNCLASSIFIED<br \/>\nPAGE 02 STATE 293763<\/p>\n<p> communications team which will have its own independent communications gear and capability.<\/p>\n<p>5. Aircraft ETA Georgetown approximately 2000 hours Washington time this evening.<\/p>\n<p>6.
