For information.<\/p>\n<p><u>DETAILS<\/u>: On 11\/21\/78, Al Hantman, Section Chief, General Crimes Section, Criminal Division, Department of Justice, advised SA [deleted name], Criminal Investigative Division, that his research of the Congressional Assassination Statute supports the position that the FBI has extra-territorial jurisdiction in this matter.
