On November 21, 1978, [deleted name] was interviewed by the Tampa division. [deleted name] had been a Jones follower when Jones had a church in Indianapolis, Indiana, from 1958 to 1961, at which time he moved his wife and followers to Ukiah, California.<\/p>\n
[deleted name] stated he had been meeting regularly with an FBI agent from the Indianapolis office of the FBI from the late 1950\u2019s and early 1960\u2019s. He stated he furnished this agent (name not recalled) with continuing information about Jones<\/p>\n
