On 12\/27\/78, Dr. Leslie Mootoo, Guyana Patolgist [Pathologist] furnished two samples of the Kool-Aid\/poison. One sample, darker color,<\/p>\n

in smaller bottle, was taken from the cauldron by a syringe, and was stored in the syringe. The other sample, lighter color, in taller bottle, was taken from the cauldron in an open contailer [container], and has been stored in an open container. These samples have been placed inside crate number six.<\/p>\n

Asst. Legat Dwight G. Garretson will accompany this shipment from Georgetown to Port of Spain, Trinidad, and will insure that crates are not off-loaded there. Garretson will then return to Georgetown via Pan Am flight 227, to arrive Georgetown 2350, Thrusday [Thursday], 12\/28\/78.<\/p>\n

Air waybill number will be furnished telephonically.<\/p>\n
