Dr. [name deleted], Ukiah, California, home phone [deleted], Ukiah General Hospital, business phone [deleted], furnished the following information:<\/p>\n
Jim Jones, leader of the People\u2019s Temple (PT), had an x-ray administered by Dr. [name deleted] a few years ago for a kidney problem, an IVP x-ray and also an x-ray for an enema problem. The x-rays were taken at Howard Memorial Hospital, Willits, California.<\/p>\n
Dr. [name deleted] also stated that because of the numerous members who at one time resided in the Ukiah area, there may be additional medical records which would help in identifying them. He stated that it may be necessary to subpoena x-ray films from local hospitals and if so, a Mr. Larry Heisse,<\/p>\n
