Schafer, November 24, 1978<\/p>\n<p>Referenced telcal advised SA Schafer that &#8220;suicide note&#8221; discovered on body of Rev. Jim Jones was turned over to OSI, Dover AFB by State Department and as of 11:20 A.M. was being couriered by a Mr. [deleted name], civilian employed by Transportation Office, Dover AFB to the Pentagon. Upon arrival at the Pentagon, Mr. [deleted name]\u2019s instructions are to call [deleted name], State Department, telephone number [deleted] to arrange for delivery of the note to the State Department.
