\nSUBJECT: UNPROCESSED PASSPORT APPLICATIONS EXECUTED FOR FOUR INFANTS BELIEVED TO BE AT JONESTOWN<\/p>\n

1) Post has uncovered four applications for passports made in the names of infants born in Guyana in 1978 who were known to have been living at Jonestown at the time the applications were taken. Post suspects that the infants were at Jonestown at the time of the mass suicide\/murder. Because photograph requirements were never fulfilled the applications were not processed. On the basis of evidence in our files, post is satisfied that each acquired citizenship under relevant paragraph of INA Section 301. Information supporting such belief is as follows:<\/p>\n
