The deleted information from the memorandum \u2013 designated by brackets \u2013 which is known to the editor has been indicated by red type.]<\/em><\/p>\n<p>0 261751Z NOV 78<br \/>\nFM SAN FRANCISCO (89-250) (P) (SQ. 10)<br \/>\nTO DIRECTOR (89-4286) IMMEDIATE<br \/>\nBT<br \/>\nUNCLAS<br \/>\nRYMUR<\/p>\n<p>Re San Francisco telephone call to Bureau, November 25, 1978, PM.<\/p>\n<p>On late evening of November 25, 1978, [deleted name] [<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Pat Richartz<\/span>], assistant to Charles Garry, telephonically advised that she heard local news announcement from military personnel at Dover Air Force Base requesting friends, relatives, and doctors having photographs or medical records to assist in the identification of deceased Peoples Temple (PT) members to be forwarded to Dover Air Force Base. <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">[Richartz]<\/span> advised that it was PT\u2019s policy to have all residence [residents] in Jonestown to bring with them all available medical and dental records. She advised Jonestown maintained these records at Temple in Jonestown.
