Lewis, age thirty-nine, and her seven children, were residing in the Jonestown settlement, and are believed to be deceased.<\/p>\n<p>Mrs. [name deleted] identified her relatives residing in Jonestown as follows:<\/p>\n<p>Doris Lewis, nee Scott, date of birth October 12, 1940;<br \/>\nKaren Scott Lewis, date of birth October 23, 1959;<\/p>\n<p>PAGE TWO OC 89-193 UNCLAS<\/p>\n<p>Lisa Lewis, approximately fifteen years of age, niece;<br \/>\nFreddie Lewis, Jr., approximately fourteen years of age, nephew;<br \/>\nBarry Eugene Lewis, approximately thirteen years of age, nephew;<br \/>\nAdrinne [Adrienne] Lewis, approximately twelve years of age, niece;<br \/>\nAlesha [Alecha] Lewis, approximately nine years of age, niece;<br \/>\nConsandra [Casandra] Lewis, approximately eight years of age, niece;<\/p>\n<p>Mrs. [name deleted] related that her sister\u2019s husband, Fred L. Lewis, Sr., and his mother, Julie Gales, residing at [address deleted], San Francisco, California, telephone number [deleted], are believed to be members of the People&#8217;s Temple. She was unaware of their current involvement in the activities of the People&#8217;s Temple and does not want to be identified as the individual furnishing this type of information.<\/p>\n<p>San Francisco will interview [name deleted] [<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Fred L.
