Section C-11 — which comprises the first half of Section 77 and which is labelled in the Guyana Index<\/em><\/a> as “Administrative Functions” \u2013\u2013 consists of 199 pages.<\/p>\n

Jonestown held a number of community meetings known as “Peoples Rallies” throughout its history.
