We have been informed that the preliminary hearing in connection with the murders of Sharon Amos and her children is set for December 4, 1978( (Refs A &#038; B).<\/p>\n<p>2. The date for the preliminary hearing of the murders of Congressman Ryan and party (Ref. C) is tentatively set for December 6, 1978 but there are indications that there may be some slippage on this.
