Being forwarded directly to FBI Disaster Squad, Dover Air Force Base, Delaware, 19901, are the dental charts and x-rays for Maurie and Daren Janero as well as for 18 other patients of Dr. [name deleted], DDS, [address deleted], Ukiah, California.<\/p>\n
On 11\/28\/78, Dr. [name deleted] turned over twenty dental charts with x-rays for the Janeros as well as the following former patients he believed were members of the People’s Temple (PT) and based on telephone calls from their relatives he felt may be among the victims of the Jonestown suicides. The 18 additional charts and x-rays are for the following persons.<\/p>\n
